Our Contemptuous PresidentObama's contempt for all those people he considers lesser beings than himself (meaning everyone) seems obvious to me, in his face and in his voice.
Yet, there are people who still plan to vote for him. All I can think is that they like someone who looks down on them.

I believe he got his profession start as a DJ and writing about show tunes and other popular music. When something is your profession, you tend remember details for long periods of time. He switched to political writing rather recently, I believe.
