I’m pretty sure it was dead center upper chest shot as taught by police. So i’ve heard.

The 2 charges were for 'violence' and 'battery', not tussling with a cop.

In this video, the lead investigator in that case says, "he's seen felony charges charged with less conduct than Zimmerman was to have alledged to have done that night at the bar".

I'm sure, if someone is interested enough to contact the owner the security firm, he can verify or deny the claim. It shouldn't be too hard.

Your 'Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson' comment was completely uncalled for. Just for a moment take them out of the picture and try to concentrate on the events of February 26th.

He never learned from his past did he? Why should he? He was always able to turn the tables when things didn’t quite go the way he had planned. Witness when initating a violent confrontation with his ex at her house and then filling a petition painting her as the agressor. Or when he was tailgating a driver, who had to explain to police what he thought there was an “irate” person tailgating him when Z called police on him for spitting out the window on his car.

“What if Trayvon Martin had killed George Zimmerman?”

Jesse Jackson would be saddened because his fund raising efforts would not have gift they have received.

The comment was completely called for in this case. You are nothing but a race baiting, rumor monger.

True story:

Someone close to me was found dead, shot through the head. There were entry and exit wounds. The police on the scene immediately decided the bullet entry was at the forehead, declared it a suicide, and did no investigation.

The autopsy revealed that the bullet entered the back of the head and exited through the forehead.

Please try to concentrate on the events on the evening of February 26th and not on the three-ring circus aftermath.

If the rain coming down on Martin was severe enough to make him stop fleeing Zimmerman in fear for his life, wouldn’t it be raining just as hard on Zimmerman? I know how it sometimes rains on one side of the street and not the other, but I’ve never seen a tropical storm on one person and not the person hot on their heels. If Martin had to take shelter, why didn’t Zimmerman? If Martin was in fear for his life, wouldn’t he have had a stronger motivation to keep moving than Zimmerman?

Martin was running while Zimmerman was calmly talking to 911. This is not a 1970s drive-in movie, where the victim is running for his life at top speed, and the monster is lumbering along at a snail’s pace but still catches the victim.

The only way they could have come together after Martin left the area is if Martin returned to the area. If he never left the area, that blows a whole in the theory that Zimmerman was stalking him and Martin was afraid. If he was running for his life from someone he thought would harm him, the fear of getting wet would not be enough to make him stop running. If it was more than just getting wet, and it turned into a life threatening storm, Zimmerman would have been caught up in the same storm, along with the witnesses who never said a word about it.

Either Martin left the area and then returned because Zimmerman didn’t scare him, or he never left the area because Zimmerman didn’t scare him. Either way, Zimmerman was not the aggressor.

Your desicated service to race baiters including 0bobma, the MSM, Sharpton and the NBP is duly noted.

Oopd, should be “dedicated”. But dried up is sort of accurate too; shriveled and dried up consciences.

That's your opinion.

Here's a fact:

It's too bad that Zimmerman's “dedicated” service didn't include following the rules of his neighborhood watch program manual. If he did, none of this circus would be happening.

Wendy Dorival, a local police officer who coordinates neighborhood watch programs, says that she had told Zimmerman in September 2011 never to take matters into his own hands:

“I said, ‘If it’s someone you don’t recognize, call us. We’ll figure it out. . . Observe from a safe location.' There’s even a slide about not being vigilante police. I don’t know how many more times I can repeat it.”

19:14:50 Dispatcher: Okay do you want to just meet with them right near the mailboxes then? 19:14:54 Zimmerman: Yeah that’s fine. [more faint slapping/flapping noises] 19:14:58 Dispatcher: Alright George, I’ll let them know to meet you [unintelligible] there okay? 19:14:59 Zimmerman: Actually could you…could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at?

It was the dispatcher's suggestion to meet at the mailboxes. Zimmerman rejected it after seemingly first complying, just has he had rejected the previous suggestion not to follow Martin.

Zimmerman became the aggressor the moment he left his vehicle and began chasing the boy. Zimmerman had a purpose in mind to continue his pursuit, he didn't want another a$$hole to get away. Several witnesses noted the pouring rain. See post #107 and follow the link in post #119.

I don't know if Martin felt in fear of his life at that point in time, 'tho obviously he should have. Maybe he felt safe when he saw Zimmerman pass by him and continue on to Retreat View Circle. Remember, Zimmerman thought Martin was heading towards the back entrance. On Retreat View Cirle he would have a clear view of that entrance. On the walkway which ran behind the building, the buildings would block any view of the back entrance. Keeping that in mind, how, why, and when did Zimmerman get onto that walkway? Did Martin run back and drag him to the location of the shooting?

You again?

For days you have been following me on these threads. I feel that you're stalking me . . . and now you've called in your posse to help you, eh?

Not once have you contributed anything to the discussion.

Instead, you have written comments to others about me without the courtesy of even pinging me: consistent dissimulator and MSM lie-supporter . . . Alice has a history of lying on these threads and being nasty about it and no I’m not going to ping "it" . . . consistent dissimulator and MSM lie-supporter.

What is your problem???

You have a freepers who wasn’t there, and an unidentified person who could be male/female, child/adult, real/imaginary. Those are your sources that the rain was too hard for Martin to keep running but not hard enough to slow Zimmerman down.

How, why and when did Zimmerman get a few feet onto the walkway abutting the one on the way back to his truck? I suppose he took two steps and he was there. How did Martin get back there, after running away from that location? Do think Zimmerman dragged him all the way back from the apartment a block away?

I don’t follow you around, I happen to see your propaganda MSM/Sharpton/racist crap when reading threads.

You are not a model of propriety, you told me to kiss your Irish a** and I don’t even think you used **. You deserve no freeper etiquette.

Whoa, that’s an interesting post. Do you call everyone a stalker if you don’t agree with them? Zimmerman’s a stalker. Little Jeremiah’s a stalker. And who are calling LJ’s posse? Are you making false accusations against me without the common courtesy to ping me? Does that make me a stalker too?

You’ve come unhinged over this. Why is it so important to you to vilify Zimmerman, in contradiction to all the known facts?

I'd suggest that you go back and listen to the 911 calls and interviews, but I'd be wasting my time. Your mind is made up ... Zimmerman did the world a favor by blasting away the black gangsta-wannabe drug-dealing thug.

The Daily Caller has identified a second Twitter handle that was used by the late Trayvon Martin during the last weeks of 2011. Tweeting in December under the name “T33ZY_TAUGHT_M3,” Martin sent a message that read, “Plzz shoot da #mf dat lied 2 u!”

I don’t see how the fact that Zimmerman was trained in the proper techniques of the Neighborhood Watch Program can be counted against him.

Don’t accuse me of saying things I never said. You have enough lies in your arsenal without resorting to that.
