When nukes are outlawed, outlaws WILL have nukes. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a hopeless dumbass.

Look, all this talk about banning nuclear weapons is unnecessary. After all, war itself has been banned since the Kellog Briand Pact of 1928. So let’s move on to other important issues. Like mandating universal Chevy Volts in every household.
