You need a link for that.

No I don't.

You need proof.

No I don't.

Of course, if there is proof...

There is.

You just twisted my words again. I haven’t spun any theories. How is your persistent twisting of other people’s words in the best interest of conservatives? Or this forum?

He worked scooping ice cream at a Baskin Robbins for about 2 weeks, and was fired.

That wasn't his first job...

Marxist 'mentor' sold drugs with Obama

HONOLULU, Hawaii – The late Marxist activist Frank Marshall Davis, frequently accompanied by young Barack Obama and his grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham, sold marijuana and cocaine from a “Chicago style” hot dog cart Davis operated near his home on Kuhio Avenue in Waikiki in the early 1970s, WND has established.

“Obama was a young kid, about 14 or 15 years old,” the source told WND. “I was told his name was Barry, and there was no doubt Barry knew Davis was selling marijuana and cocaine as well as hot dogs from the stand.”

“Barry was also there with an older white gentleman I’m told was Stanley,” the source said. “I thought Stanley was Barry’s father.”

WND has established that Stanley was Stanley Armour Dunham, Obama’s grandfather.

“I bought cocaine from Davis at the hot dog stand,” the source said. “The first purchase I made was in 1975. In total, I bought 14 purchases of cocaine from Davis. I bought what Davis called an ’8-ball’ that consisted of about 3.6 grams of cocaine. An ’8-ball’ cost $300.”

"...the burden is on those who say he did attend as a foreign student. In the absence of evidence to the contrary."

"Given the fact nobody... has blown the whistle, the likelihood is there is no whistle to blow."

When running for elective office, even the presidency, the "burden" of proof is not that of a courtroom - but that of a job applicant.

As an applicant Obama should have to answer for college associations, funding and past statements regarding whether he was a foreign student or not. Do you honestly believe that the MSM and Washington politicians would have given any other candidate a pass on this? Do you not recall that the loser McCain - who was born in a US military hospital, on a US military base, whose father and grandfather were US Navy Admirals (to a USC mother) - was subjected to a congressional committee investigation and ruling on his eligibility?

If you assume that the absence of a whistle blower equals the absence of a crime, you're watching too much media fiction. Few criminal investigations start with or depend on whistle blowers. In the vast majority of cases, insiders do not "turn evidence" until they start seeing arrests, grand juries and indictments.

While the facts you offer are correct and revealing those you ignore and your justification for doing so are even more revealing.

No matter how many facts a person can muster, he/she can't be a Sherlock Holmes if he/she assumes the attitude of Sargent Schultz.

CORRECTION:

your "...the burden is on those who say he did attend as a foreign student. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, it should be assumed..."

Don Wade and Roma just interviewed the postman on WLS radio, and now they’re having fun mocking it all. It seemed to me that Roma could hardly contain herself during the interview. I hate it when she gets that scornful superior tone.

The letter carrier was on WLS out of Chicago today.(March 22) He was on the Don Wade & Roma show. Good interview, but after the interview they made fun of him, and only read texts that belittled the letter carrier.

He also said Breitbart had evidence to go along with his story, but it has disappeared since his death.

Whenever you meet a person, of any political stripe, who invariably explains and defends any and all anamolies in Obama’s records [the few we’ve supposedly ‘seen’], you are dealing w an ideologue, and one on top of that who’s likely insecure on an intellectual level. The ideology being: whatever Obama and his handlers release is defacto legitimate. The intellectual insecurity being: ‘I need to let the world know I’m not as ignorant and stupid as these nutburger birthers’.

Really honest, well informed people of every political persuasion know Obama is playing us. The manner in which he’s released the few items available, and the vast number he keeps under lock and key, tell any sane person he’s hiding something, and probably far more than one thing. Liberals—intelligent, rational liberals—pretend it’s all SOP, and only wingnut racists have a problem w the singular exemplar in the Oval Office [after all, they don’t want to hurt their own guy/party, right?].

Conservative anti-birthers feel a compulsive need to let the world know they’re not associated w the [supposedly] uneducated conspiracy-addled birthers. They think liberals (and others) will respect them for it, and that respect means a lot to them (their not having garnered much intellectual respect otherwise).

There is no reasoning w these people. It’s not about reason and it’s not about facts: it’s about acceptance and approbation. They want and need people to realize how intellectually superior they are to ‘ignorant’ birthers’.

You see a perfect example of this principle in John McCain. He is not very brainy (understatement) but he’s very suggestible. He thought (because he was told) that if he disassociated himself w the ‘far right wing’ of the GOP, the MSM would respect and approve of him. In fact, the MSM despised his gullibility and intellectual mediocrity. They treated him accordingly, and he got what he deserved.

There are three things conservative anti-birthers do not and will never understand: Malignant Narcissism, pathological lying, and the myth of, ‘if you’ll just act like ‘reasonable’ conservatives, we’ll respect you’. For starters, the kind of people who hate birthers will never respect us. As for the other two items, I don’t have the time to spell it all out. But why bother? The info is out there/public/on the Net, and conservative anti-birthers have obtusely ignored it to date; why and how would one more iteration help?

The bottom-line being: this is an emotional/irrational issue for conservative anti-birthers. We (meaning, those of us who see through Barry’s deceptions, and who care about why he’s perpetrating them) need to recognize that, and then ignore them. Their ‘concern’ posts are annoying but not overly so. Let them have their little ‘intellectually superior’ vanity. It’s so desperately important to them that they’re going to have it anyway, and our energies can best be directed elsewhere.

In the vast majority of cases, insiders do not "turn evidence" until they start seeing arrests, grand juries and indictments.

That is a very cogent point. IMO that is why the Fast and Furious investigations have stalled out. That in spite of the fact that there are low level whistle blowers who started it in the first place. But the ones who know the real skinny aren't going to come forward unless Issa and Grassley get serious and start putting some high level butts in some real jeopardy.

"...the burden is on those who say he did attend as a foreign student. In the absence of evidence to the contrary."

The problem with cynwoody is that no one has said that he was a foreign student. That's cynwoody's straw man. All I did was say we need to see some school records.

Well said and highly amusing in its unflattering accuracy. The conservative anti-birther's excuse (when they make one) is "we have more important things/ways to go after 0bama. this just makes us look foolish." Yet this thread is a perfect example of how the conservative anti-birther's delusional insecurity keeps the dialogue going well beyond its natural life.

So we should thank cynwoody for making this thread a hundred or more posts longer than it would have been without him and for exploring several aspects of 0bama's mysterious life that it otherwise would not have. He bears full responsibility for that.

IMNSVHO, there is only one way out of this eligibility conundrum. One state AG has to remove Obama from his state's ballot

The one thing that a reasonable man can say is,

"Yes, there is definitely a series of problems with
Obama's Eligibility to run for and serve as POTUS,
highlighted by many highly suspicious documents
and documents that are missing

That alone is more than enough justification for ANY state AG to remove Obama from ANY state's ballot pending the candidate's presentation of his bona fides.

Tossing candidates from ballots is not at all unusual. It happens in every election! e.g., "Candidate does not reside in District"
"Candidate does not meet length of residency requirement, etc. etc."
More germane, is the fact that a guy from Nicaragua who had the temerity to enter a Presidential Primary was summarily thrown off the ballot in California and other states.

Sheriff Joe and others who have gone before, have gathered more than enough evidence for any state AG to act. A state AG does not need a court order to do his job.

Instead of hot internecine warfare to the Right of Center about who's a troll and who is not, the heat ought to be directed toward that person in every state who has the absolute Constitutional Right to
(a) Remove a candidate with suspected problems from the ballot pending resolution of the issues
(b)Force that candidate to sue for reinstatement
That state-level constitutional action alone would force Team Obama, as the PLAINTIFFS, to present their version of the evidence for evaluation by the state AG and then in a court of law.

If the State AG lost, his appeal would be SCOTUS-bound. If Team Obama lost, ditto. The increasing anger on this site is the result of failure of public officials, many of them Republicans, to do their job. This site is under constant surveillance and attack by a large number of trolls, but that is no excuse for the institutional cowardice of the Republican Party.

If one state AG will not step up and perform his electoral duties under the Constitution of that State, the only immediate recourse (this being an election year) is to remove Obama from office in November. And that is another reason for anger and frustration: The party in opposition to Obama has demonstrated cowardice on the key issue of eligibility ... and cowardice is no way to win an American election.
