I saw a sticker showing just how much I pay I pay taxes for every gallon and thought “I should make stickers and put them where people will surely see them.

Quite frankly, that’s been our downfall. I say, “No more Mr. Nice Guy.” The Progs depend (expect) us us to take the ‘higher road’, so-to-speak. I think it’s ‘high time’ we push it back in their faces. JMO.
Thanks for the reminder....I put one in a Powells Bookstore in downtown PORTLAND, OR (belly of the beast) last year. Have put one out side of a Starbucks, too. Gotta get more ready!

Paint is defacing. Carving the face off of your mom's statues when you become Pharaoh is defacing.
Pulling down Saddam Hussein's statues is defacing. Blowing up Budda statues is defacing.
Post-it Notes(tm) isn't defacing. It's a measured and non-harmful response.
Anyone that would charactarize this defacing is either a sissy nanny-stater, or a lib. (that comment is general, and not aimed at any particular dog that might yelp when the rock hits)

I’ve been posting 3x5 card notes at grocery stores, on their Community Board, for years now.
It’s a good way to insert ideas into a community.
Post-it notes are ok. It is a clever tool. But please do not put stickers on stuff. Some kid is going to have to spend time scraping them off...and you are defacing private property. How would you feel if someone stuck one of those “coexist” stickers on the back of your car.
I understand the suspicion, but I’ve been going by Right Wingnut on other conservative sites for years.

Apparently someone else tried this at several of our local stores because the boards are now all gone except for one small one which is inside the manager’s booth.
But stickers that are really sticky and difficult to scrape off end up causing hard working clerks or other staff extra grief and toil.
They will end up cursing anti-Obama people who put them there.
