Yeah, the last one I put together cost me about $615 and it’s pretty nice. Quad rail, nitride coated, badger charging handle.
I really don’t know why anyone would spend $1200 on one these days.

That was probably a Bushmaster Carbon, which is mostly ‘plastic.’

The AR15 is one of the best bargains on the market nowadays.

The Bushmaster Carbon 15 M4 Carbine is a unique hybrid of traditional AR15 design and space age Carbon 15 materials. The upper and lower receivers of the C15M4 Type are molded of Carbon 15 composite which offers a weight savings of 3/4 of a pound compared to the standard forged aluminum receivers.
They say it's stronger than aluminum tho.

Why does all the bad stuff come from outer space. Just wait until the "Killer Clowns" arrive! Then you'll really wish you had more guns and ammo.

I’d have to question if it is necessary to spend over a dollar a round for a good SD 9mm round

Why does all the bad stuff come from outer space. An even more disturbing question is raised by the book "Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars"
Why do we get the planet with all the scary monsters? ☺

Depends on what and how many different calibers you want to reload. You might look at Midway USA, and have them send you a catalog. They have anything you could want or need to reload. If you are just going to reload one caliber look at the Forester Press in the Catalog. It is kind of pricey but it will last as long as you and your grand children want to uses it.I am sure you are going to get a lot of crap about all of these other presses, but without a doubt Forester is the premium press, has snap in dies, and will load anything from 17 cal to 5o cal.
