IMO the best part of that Pretenders song he uses in his intro.... is the part that Rush uses....

How does the mechanical license enter in to the equation? Any one know? I like the idea of Rush only using conservative musicians/performers songs. There are a lot of good ones out there.
Rush Limbaugh can use ANY of my music ANY time he wants. It’s not rock and roll - and no one has ever heard of me, but....it’s an open offer.
