There are a lot of people on the right who dislike RL for some reason and are not unhappy at hos troubles. I am not one of those but I have heard plenty of caustic, dismissive comments from those who are. A relative who loathsBO and is a major Pro Lifer considers RL to be an ‘immoral person’ for his multiple marriages and viagra fueled Central American golf vacations as well as being a ‘drug user.’. Another old money conservative GOPErconsiders him ‘crude’ and a ‘junkie’ and ‘not someone I would ever want to entertain’. There are also numerous ‘egotistical blowhard’ comments heard. I cannot get across to these people the RL is the only prime time commentator who will actually offer sophisticated analytical commentary both on substantive and philosophical issues and it is framed in a clear but serious manner. RL’s importance as a commentator cannot be dismissed but many who are on the right find him an uncomfortable presence because he does cast such a long shadow and they would not be unhappy to see him toppled.

Buying his tea....hmmmm...that’s a good idea.

Can you tell us...is it good? I’m a tea purist...my best find is Tea Java at Trader Joes/Whole Foods. Straight, pure black tea. Never cared for sweet tea....But, even before this CRAP that Rush is enduring, I did think of trying the fruit tea of his.

Which is best? I can always cut it with Tea Java and reduce the sugar. ....And, it’s not that I don’t like sugar! I love me a Mexican coke made with real cane sugar...so...have an open palate.

I do want to support Rush. He has taught me more than I learned at 4 years of state univ.
