What you can do is look for a sale on a 2 Terabyte External Hard drive which you can USB plug into your computer. Back up your personal files to the drive. Be sure to also backup/download your files from Carbonite before you cancel your subscription.

For perspective, 2 Terabytes is approximately 2,000,000 MEGABYTES or 2,050 GIGABYTES. More than enough space for your files.

Simple logic...
Carbonite/Sleepcomfort/flowers etc. all getting adverse/unintended publicity.
Libtard occupier commie types are not going to be new buyers of any of these products.
Libtard occupier commie types not going to buy stock.
Conservatives cancelling services.
Stocktraders dump on bad news regardless of PC aspect.

Market is down about 1.5%. Rush deserters down 5-6%
HaHaHa

The point is that the caliber of advertisers on conservative talk shows has not been a pillar of capitalist integrity to begin with.

It’s a bunch of back-of-popular-mechanics hair treatments and do-it-yourself lawerying snake oils.

So let’s not get carried away when these snakes slither away.

Erie Insurance puts their money into serving the customer and not into a bunch of hokey television ads primarily intended to appeal to homosexuals.

...I got an e-mail from them telling me they are going to offer FREE external hard drive back-up...

I use mozy.com. They offer the same thing.

Fine but some people won’t have the tech savvy to back up their own stuff, and for this, the cloud storage option will still be attractive.

The point is to not support liberal-run Carbonite, and for those who want this kind of service to vote with their checkbooks by going with a CARB competitor.

This article provides some background - it came out on Saturday before the weasel running Carbonite made his announcement so it’s not biased by Slutgate:

http://techcrunch.com/2012/03/03/google-drive-cloud-wars/

The elephant in the room is Google, and it’s going to be very interesting to see if they now launch Drive after initially pulling back on more philosophical grounds.

I would see a Google move into cloud-base storage as a frontal attack on a weakened Carbonite, and that would make me quite happy ;-)

Looks like it won’t be long and the CEO won’t play golf with Rush, he will be Rush’s caddy.

Thanks for the tips! BTW, what do you consider a good sale price for a 2 Terabyte External Hard Drive?

Agreed on that. It is the nature of radio and late night TV.

It’s hysterical how the libturds are emailing in a frenzy begging advertisers to pull their ads from Rush’s show. Now they want Netflix to pull theirs (I listen to the podcast so I couldn’t tell you if Netflix advertises or not).

Now, Netflix is already having problems because of their new policy (download or DVD) and I’m sure they don’t want to lose Rush listeners.

Can I have a show of hands for people that think those advertisers are going to be begging to get back on the airwaves in a week after this dies down?

I do see a silver lining to this. The companies dropped Rush. Rush’s audience will drop the companies. The companies will have a lot LESS to donate to the Democrats.

Right-on! Right-on!
