And God forbid some Numbnutz has an accident on 270 during Rush Hour [morning or evening], which happens like 3-4 times a week ...

THEN, the cops block off the area for about 2 hours while perfoming their accident investigation. BTW: I think all that time is just an excuse to have coffee and donutz at the scene ...

They were not able to build the ICC for decades. It was planned decades ago.

I hate the DC system, incidentally. Partial logical rectangular grid on top of a stupid spoke (damned traffic circles) system - consequent triangles everywhere - everyone always gets lost. No wonder.
