I can deal with extreme heat but not cold. Prolonged cold spells, while you can manage to stay warm will drag you down mentally.

I can still see the pictures from a recent post about our soldiers who fought in Europe during WW-II in the winter time........horrible conditions

My Dutch friend told me a few years ago that the reason she KNEW globull warming was true was because when she was a child they could skate on the canals in winter. Now her grandchildren can skate on the canals. I wonder what she thinks about GBW now?
