This is beginning to look to me like a badly written soap opera where you can’t tell the good guys from the bad guys because they all have their own agenda. It just keeps going and going. The bad guys switch places or move to different locations and wham, you never see them again...but it never ends. No one is ever brought to justice. No one is held accountable.
