Calling a grand jury would require a Special Prosecutor.

For there to be a Special Prosecutor, the President must approve his appointment, then he is appointed by the Attorney General.

Not going to happen.

The best way forward is for Issa's committee to continue the investigation, amassing as much evidence as they can, stirring the pot and keeping the pressure on. Hopefully, somebody snaps -- and the stink is too great for the MSM to ignore.

In any event, if the committee relaxes its efforts, the lid will go on this thing and you'll never hear of it again.

He's improved...but still can't be trusted. We were just sitting at the kitchen Island, peeling pink gulf shrimp for later today...talking about the Super Bowl. His nose was right there hoping a shrimpie would miraculously *fall from the sky*...then he went off to the recycle bin and pulled out a deep plastic bowl, we were throwing out....we laughed b/c he supplied his own *super bowl* ...I don't believe he is *that* smart, and understood our conversation! LOL
