Yes, very good and spot on!

The conservative movement has been sick for the past decade. The further it became absorbed within the Republican Party, the less it could shine with conservative ideas.

.............................

Sarah Palin has been trying to change the map by getting the conservative movement back in the lead.

It says this as well..

“I am afraid supporting Mitt Romney will undo a lot of the repairs made to the conservative movement in the past few years.”
................

We do not WANT Romney!

I agree, He spoke at a Nevada Church last night, as I have posted here on this tread.

He was upbeat and Great.

This is not a sign of a man wanting to “quit”.

The clueless GOP will put an Establishment RINO like Romney in an “I Heart The TEA Party” shirt and expect actual conservatives to eagerly pull the proverbial lever for him.

And they expect centuries of mileage out of their “You have to vote for ANYONE we put before you to vote against the Democrat” approach.

Let me tell you a bit about my precinct group. First off, now remember this part, the Reagan gentleman was told by the state gop and newt people that he would be speaking to the caucus, not just his precinct group.

NV caucus process is a joke btw.

Anyway, back to my precinct group of 28. The chair person had on a Mitt t-shirt and kept speaking as though the mitt campaign was in charge of the caucus. He was an annoying man, about 6'1 350lbs. He said now who wants to speak for Newt, and no one spoke. I had already sized up my precinct. It was 24 fellow mormon friends and 4 of us that were not.

Ok so no one spoke up and he looked at me and asked if I wanted to speak. I asked him if the gentleman at the next table to could speak for newt and he replied NOOOOOO he is not in our precinct!! I proceeded to tell him what the state gop had told the gentleman and chaos insued for aobut 10 min, while someone came over to clarify. So he asked me again to speak..

I said well considering I count 24 mormons for mitt, what is the point! I already knew that one non mormon lady was voting for Rick and the ponytail guy was voting for Paul. Only my husband and I for Newt. I knew there would be no swaying the 24 mormons nor the paul guy. The Santorum lady had already told me, she loved Rick and felt sorry for his little girl and was only voting Rick. So I told the guy, go ahead and preach to your people, and shuck my head.

The disorganization of the place was unbelievable! CAucus process is for crap!

So we voted and of course I called it right.. 24 sheeple for mitt and the lone rick and paul people and the 2 for newt from my husband and I :(

To my knowledge all the 20+ precincts represented at the caucus had mitt people as chairmen!

While the Mormon % in NV may not seem like much... They all swamped the caucuses (sp). To me a caucus is not a fair process, especially in Vegas. Too many people have industry jobs that can't come and spend several hours for this BS!

Plus NV has no idea how to do a caucus!

Prior to moving here, I had never had this process in the other states where I voted.

NV needs to go back to Primary voting as we do have to show ID to vote!

That truly sounded UGLY!

So people don’t vote in a caucus? the causus votes for the people?

No, We voted. But you vote within your precinct. And the chairman, and the watcher (both Mitt people in our case) were holding all the blank ballots after we voted. So what is to keep them from taking out the 4 non Mitt ballots and replacing them with Mitt ballots?

That’s what Herman Cain said...that God called him to run; interesting though, that when the woman came forward claiming a 13 year long affair, Cain stopped and dropped his candidancy right there.

Galen Institute: Romney simply isn’t credible on repealing ObamaCare

Grace-Marie Turner, president of the Galen Institute says that for Romney to say that he will repeal Obamacare but then to also say that he loves RomneyCare, that it simply isn’t credible, especially given how similar RomneyCare is to ObamaCare. She backs up Santorum’s claim that there are 15 very close similarities between the two health care plans and even cites John McDonough as saying that ObamaCare is RomneyCare with three more zeros.

She also points out that the Congressional Research Office says that Romney can’t repeal the key components of ObamaCare with executive orders, as he’s been saying on the campaign trail. It must be repealed through Congress which means it will likely be a tough fight.

I highly recommend you watch this interview:

I agree with Newt.
Newt just said, again, today, that he will support Romney if Romney gets the nomination.

Get involved. If your state representatives won’t support going back to the primary, run for office yourself. Or petition others to change the rules. Seems to me the caucus was created to keep the power out of the hands of the people...Either the establishment or the religious movement want the power....Maybe we should start chanting POWER TO THE PEOPLE....lol

Wait, wait, wait!

I've been repeatedly assured, told, berated, etc. that mormons are nothing but solid conservatives and will vote appropriately. That we will lose our country without their "conservative" voting.

I was called a bigot for pointing out that 94% of the Utah vote went for Romney in 2008. That it was just an aberration. There's no way that mormons would engage in identity politics.

Identity politics?? Vote for a mormon simply because he's a mormon. Say it ain't so!!

/do I really need a sarcasm tag?/
