I suspect that they are including the gun store to insure that the ATF cant stone wall any information that the owners might have on this whole sorry affair. Given the circumstances, I doubt if they expect an actual judgment against the owners.

I’m not happy about Lone Wolf being included in the lawsuit just recognizing that it makes things worse for ATF/DOJ/Holder et al. Lone Wolf should turn around and file their own lawsuit against ATF for forcing them under the color of law to unknowingly cooperate in unlawful activities.
