It might be due to the close proximity to Keystone and the Bakken, but even people around here who normally swear that they don't even like politics at all (and hence must be classed as uberuncommitted) are spittin' on the ground and walkin' away if The 0 and "that" speech even get mentioned.

As I observed last week when that Keystone decision got announced: Nobody's hair-on-fire mad, but there's an awful lot of folks who just got real, real quiet. As in the calm before a real bad storm....
