I just sent Newt some money for Florida. HAVE YOU?
When does Mittens come out in black-face to accuse Newt of racism?
LOL
It had a chance but nice try.
I didn’t feel a thing but laughter. That’s honest laughter for what? I don’t know.
The ad seems desperate and petty. Maybe childish.
I think the part that got me LOL was the ending where they show Gingrich and Obama and then right after that:
“I’m Mitt Romney and I approve this ad” I started laughing right there and fully outloud when I saw him running through a field with his wife and their wind swept hair.
Can’t explain why it was funny but hell...Play it some more.
Just donated and will again every payday.
I have sent Newt money on 4 occasion, in addition to last night.
“I respect Romney”..... THERE IS NOTHING TO RESPECT ABOUT THAT POS.
Not on your life. But I might sent Santorum something.
Romney needs to set up his robo-calls with this message. 7 times per week, per voter. That should drive his votes down to <10%.
I always get a chuckle when I see Romney wearing plaid shirts and Levis trying to dress down for the common folk.
This guy was born with a silver stick up his you-know-what and has no idea what it means to actually having to work for a living doing menial jobs to get started in life...and no amount of purchased negative ads, free old media support, campaign consultants or all the bought and paid for endorsements from the GOP establishment can overcome Romney’s transparent elitist and patronizing view of the Tea Party and GOP grassroots.

In a filmed interview with the editorial board of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a newspaper serving the hardest-hit foreclosure state in the union, Romney criticized President Barack Obama for not foreclosing on American families fast enough.
“Dont try to stop the foreclosure process. Let it run its course and hit the bottom,” Romney said when asked what he would do to jump-start the floundering housing market.
“Allow investors to buy homes, put renters in them, fix the homes up and let it turn around and come back up,” he continued. “The Obama administration has slow walked the foreclosure process ... that has long existed and as a result we still have a foreclosure overhang.”
I hope Romney continues with this approach - because it won’t work any better than the Marianne threat did. Newt will be talking big ideas, prosperity, and economic freedom while Mitt will be acting like one of those annoying little yappy dogs.
Remember Iowa has <5% unemployment and the caucuses only represented 120,000 votes. That’s not indicative of America, and while his attack machine hurt Gingrich’s numbers there, look how soon the attacks run out of steam. Meanwhile Newt’s passion for American exceptionalim can go forever...
The ethics report on Newt Gingrich is publicly available, but has been construed as politically motivated. The alleged violations concerned a course that Gingrich taught at Kennesaw State College while serving in Congress. The courses promoters received financial support from individuals, corporations and foundations, promising that the project qualified for tax-exempt status. The ethics committee ultimately concluded that the course was actually a coordinated effort to help in achieving a partisan, political goal something that would run afoul of its tax-exempt status.
And yet, when the IRS looked into those accusations in a three-year investigation, it found that the donations to Gingrichs charity were consistent with its stated exempt purposes, and Gingrichs course and course book were educational in content, according to The Washington Post in 1999. By then, Gingrich had left office, preferring retirement to a fight over leadership.
Gingrich adamantly denied violating the law, but ultimately agreed to pay a $300,000 fine for making misleading statements to the ethics committee.
It appears that Gingrich was fined, mostly for political cover to the Republicans. The IRS declared that Gingrichs course was educational and never favored or opposed a candidate for public office.
