Well, bhfred, I DO think it is meant to prejudice the panelists. Hopefully, they are getting a bigger picture from the testimony presented in this court martial vs. what’s been reported in the MSM in the past to better understand what happened that day.
Of course it is meant to influence the paneling. Accent and accessorize. If you can’t dazzle them with your brilliance, baffle them with your bullshit.
My point is that any military person, people who are in the bizness of promoting the living to dead, shouldn’t, in a professional sense, be swayed by mere photos of dead bodies.
Now if they dragged a couple of those dead bodies into the court, maybe.
I am going to attempt an analogy.
My wife “tried” something new for supper last night. A couple of photos of that would be prejudicial. But it doesn’t reflect on her true ability to keep me fat and happy.
Good article.
>> What did you see when you exited the house? Sullivan inquired.

Ha!
LOL! When I read that I actually laughed out loud. I like Hector Salinas! :-)
lol.....funny.
Hope prosecutor Sean Sullivan begins to realize these Marines were up for a fight that day, Nov. 19, 2005.....and they’re up for the fight to defend their honor in 2012!
