Got me there, Ron Paul seems determined to lose the republican nomination.

Someone Should clue him in, That we don’t care about fairness where foreigners are concerned. Foreigners are never “justified” in opposing us, particularly when they don’t even have the might to do so.

If they try to close the straights(Cutting off American Freedom of the Sea) we sink their ships end of story period.

The article says:

If the above is true, Iran absolutely does have the right to close its own territorial waters. However, Iran doesn’t have the right to close Oman’s territorial waters.

I don’t know if Iran could get their desired effect by closing only their territorial waters. It remains to be seen. If they tried to close Oman’s waters also, then that is a definite act of war, IMHO.
