Allie Scott is a junior at Osceola High School. The 16 year old says it all started in the school parking lot last month when she parked her brother's car in another girl's spot.

I could see students having an area assigned for parking their cars with perhaps individual slots assigned for administrative staff. I have never seen a high school with assigned spots for individual students. My guess, the "other girl" thought of it as "her spot" because "everyone" knew she "always" parked there (near the door?).
