The cats aren’t doing ~anything~ but creating a PITA for me.
The *dog* does all the work.

Isn’t the dog really happy about it? If it weren’t for the outdoor cats chasing the outdoor mice indoors, the poor poochie would have little fun.
When she’s not hunting real mice, she’s hunting imaginary mice.
She’s kinda “focused”....LOL
I’d think there’d be a permanet easment after the Univeristy allowing people to use it in that way. It seems to me that it’s a easment by prescription. It’s 5 years in California and the park has been there a lot longer than that. Of course the property since it belongs to the USC system is gov’t property they may be able to get around it but I don’t think so. Any lawyers know?
