The trouble with Mitt and Newt both is figuring out which job they will push once elected; both have horrible consistency issues over the years, Newt more recently than Mitt. Both are a disaster in the making.

At this point I want the smartest, experienced person up there and it’s Newt.

Wow! You’re really infatuated with this guy based on the blinding blizzard of posts you are doing on him. Good luck with that...

Which job = will they push conservative or progressive principles. They both have tried to have it both ways over the years.

No, I see a rather large difference between them...although neither are perfect.

If Mitt was a Republican Senator from Massachusetts today, he would vote like Scott Brown. Romney might be able to fool a lot of the people a lot of the time, but not me.

Maybe TBBT believes Newt can get the job done, just like the title of the article says. We need to stand behind the person we believe can handle Obama and help restore our country. Nothing wrong with that. Who do you stand with?

Laffer also said this:
"Nothing bothers me about Mitt Romney. I think he is a very fine man and I think his proposals would be fine and I think he would make a fine president. I just don't think he is as good as Newt Gingrich."
Apparently Laffer thinks Romney is a swell guy making his endorsement of Newt close to worthless.

"Even some of those who believe that Gingrich would devastate Obama in head-to-head debates on substantive issues nevertheless claim that all Obama has to do is come back with questions about Newt's work for failed mortgage finance giant Freddie Mac. But, even at the personal, point-scoring level, Barack Obama can open up a can of worms by going that route, since Freddie Mac at least never planted bombs in public places, like some of Obama's political allies."
LOL!!!!!

I don't think I really said there was anything "wrong" with that. I was just amused and amazed by the blinding blizzard of postings TBBT has propounded for a candidate that reminds me of a reincarnation of Governor Schwartzenegger and all the damage done to CA by such a goofy buy-in to economy ruining green straight-jacket law making.
If I were to actually recommend one of the current field, it would be the one that the Tea Party caucus brought to the dance in 2010 when our success was overwhelming. We still have too many non-Tea Party supporting RINOs in the current field in my opinion. I'm thinking I like the one that's pulled the covers off of "Newt Romney" and Ron Paul like no one else has had the courage to do!!!

That would be Newt Gingrich. Any other vote at this late point helps Willard.
Period.
Btw, WAKE UP!
