Paul comes off as unpatriotic for not supporting the “wars” following September 11th, 2001 and suggesting it was our fault the attacks happened.

I have no problem with fighting those wars.

My problem is that America does not fight wars to win them anymore for its own sake, America fights police action limited wars under international authority.

If this were the good old days before the United Nations, winning the war would be defined by the conquest of Pakistan, Iran and possibly other nations behind terrorism.

PS....The justification to such limted wars today is that some nations have nuclear weapons...

Yep, and on that very thread there's a link to where he acknowledged authorship of the newsletters.

I understand that this guy is very attractive to some. But he is also very, very crazy.

We do not need a crazy man as Commander in Chief.

We also do not need him besmirching the Republican primary with all his racist, anti-Semitic baggage.

Yep, and on that very thread there's a link to where he acknowledged authorship of the newsletters.

Authoring an occasional article is not the same as authoring all of them, nor is it the same as authoring the ones with the objectionable statements.

The newsletter staff says that Paul did not write the offending articles, and did not author many articles at all. Insiders say private that the articles in question were almost certainly authored by Lew Rockwell or Murray Rothbard.

He's changed his story.

Classic cross-exam question: "Are you lying now, or were you lying then?"

But let's assume that in fact he didn't write the articles, but he didn't read them before they were published over his name. Then he is too irresponsible and careless to be president.

We don't need another casual incompetent like Obama, no matter what his purported beliefs . . . . that Mossad or the U.S. Government brought down the Twin Towers, that Bush rejoiced when it happened . . . all that stuff is nutbar material. I simply don't understand how people can ignore this. It will not be ignored at the general election, and Obama will win in a walk.
