Officer Figosk responded to a routine call and gave his life so we can be safe and our liberties secure.I have no room for cop haters and moral relativists.

No disagreement, but your example is horrendous. There are people who should be suppressed for seditious violence.

Rogouski is an anarchist who was part of "the December 12 Winter Garden flash mob, which had been organized in solidarity with the port shutdowns on the west coast" That is to say, he was participating in an extention of a violent demonstration/riot. The police had every right to supress the anarchists, as they sought to bring a part of the city to a standstill. This includes their agitprop photographer and scrivener.

To be fair, I had a run in with Stan and was maliciously defamed by him. I could show you more, but Stan was forced to take down another article where he published my address and called for mass harassment of me. Stan is a violent thug and my only regret is that he and the anarchists were not shot.

I know Rogouski is an agitator by profession. Had no idea about his personal run in with you,

keep in mind that there is extensive footage, printed reports, and interviews with journalists with NYPD press credentials expressing their disgust/dismay/hatred toward the actions and fascist policies that Ray Kelly and Espinoza have put in place and have used extensively during the last few months.

Luke Rudkowski, http://www.youtube.com/wearechange , and the guys at TheOther99 have extensive interviews with mainstream journalists, from stringers for MSM to independent journalists on contract assignments to report on OWS, who were systemically stripped of NYPD press credentials, harassed, arrested, beaten, thrown ni jail, and otherwise abused and stripped of 1st Amendment Rights to an appalling degree and astounding numbers, over a hundred journalists reported a near uniform policy of open hostility from the NYPD... We’re talking about cameramen and stringers from ABC, CBS, NY1, Village Voice, etc. IF those guys get arrested or stripped of their NYPD press credentials, they will be immediately fired. The NYPD Press Office is now a totalitarian gatekeeper of all Press interactions between the NYPD, Mayor’s Office, MTA, several other City offices, and the professional journalists.

It’s really ugly, it is unsustainable, and it’s downright unConstitutional.

I’m well aware of Rizzo.
You say bad cops are rare and i say they’re not.
I never for one second defended the OWS people.
The fact that even more corrupt cops are not caught doesn’t mean they don’t exist only that they haven’t been caught.
The fact that cops,at least here in NYC,are incompetent and prone to shortcuts are and rarely if ever called out on it is simply how the system is designed.

I wonder if the typical NYC Policeman is not representative of the typical informed, distraught citizenry dismayed by the sickening, disgusting betrayal by the 4th estate of this nation by its purposeful abandonment of its claimed credo of impartial truth.
