These people want nothing better for America then to put us all in tepees and living off the land.

But you won't be able to use the water or in any way disturb the flora and fauna around you.

Can the power company legally go to their offices and switch off the power? If someone is suing me, must I be forced to do business with them?

The people who do these things are entirely similar to schoolyard bullies and they’ll stop it only when there gets to be some sort of a PERSONAL price to be paid for it which is beyond their ability to pay. If nothing else we need some sort of an organization which could go after these bastards in courtrooms.

"We're not going to let this butterfly go down without a fight," . . .

Nope, we sure aren't. We're going to tie up courts with frivolous lawsuits against power companies which will drive up energy prices and cause energy shortages, and we're going to keep law firms in business for decades. We're going to do it in the name of some butterfly that we claim is endangered but has millions of nearly identical related species, and we're doing it because, deep down, we believe that all human progress and technology is a mistake that should be reversed and eliminated.

We're environmentalists and if we aren't acting like spoiled, petulant, nihilistic idiot children it's only because we're too busy falsifying and exaggerating global warming data at the moment.

These morons really do believe that no species have gone extinct, had population decreases, etc. until humans and our evil power plants, cars, etc. came along.

The would probably sue if someone found a way to eradicate the disease carrying mosquito world wide. Oh what, they already did and millions have died as a result.

well, I certainly agree with these nuts!

We should be reading our Kindles from the flickers of lighting bugs amassed in a jar (before feeding and thanking them as we let them free every evening!)

There’s no question that mankind should have developed larger eyes to be able to see in the dark! Maybe Algores warming will accelerate our evolution so that our underarms won’t stink at 105 degrees!

...while they pocket millions in contributions for running this scam...'cause they care!

“Only one thing to do. Fire everybody and shut down those powerplants.”

I agree - the only way to get the sheeple to wake up and become aware of who is screwing up their standard of living and freedoms is for the productive people to go on strike and let the environazis run the show for a while.

It is Galt time.

Contra Costa Power Plant is located in Antioch, Ca, about 40 miles East of San Francisco. It is on the San Joaquin River.
