The opening story of FLDS/LDS "Prophet" Joseph Smith goes soemthing like this: Joe Read the King james bible, but couldn't decide which church to join so he went out and prayed. After a physical fight with demons, TWO GODs appeared to him in physical form. They told him not to become a Christian and not to use the King James bible because it was corrupted, but to "Translate" the book of mormon, and Retranslate the entire bible, and start his own church....
Smith wrote the Book of Mormon, started his own "church", then "retranslated" the entire bible.
After Smith's death, FLDS/LDS "Prophet" Brigham Young declared the Smith bible translation to be a fraud, and led a breakaway group of mormons to Salt lake which has become the wealthiest and biggest.
In 18xx God(s) told Smith Don't become a Christian, don't use the King James Bible, but retranslate your own. In 2012 members of the LDS sect will tell you Joe Smith was a Prophet, his Book of mormon is th most correct book on earth, his "retranslated" bible is a fraud so they use the KJV, and they are Christians.
Not only are they not Christians, THEY'RE NOT EVEN MORMONS !
Newt’s is on record praising FDR. If you ignore his personal baggage, he is still a big government progressive, and no better than Romney.
At least Perry is talking about cleaning up D.C.
Bachman and Santorum look like the only true conservatives left, but the field looks pretty weak to me.
I can’t get on the “Anyone but Obama” bandwagon, and I agree with you that socialism must be defeated.
We should choose the BEST candidate, not whatever progressive insider the GOP chooses for us.
I don’t but the “Mormon Conspiracy” lines.
Beck is on record saying Romney is not his choice due to Romney’s socialism.
Beck also said Paul’s foreign policy is a disaster, but his domestic approach to smaller, honest government is commendable and trustworthy.
I agree, because I am not sure that anything Romney and Perry say that sounds conservative is not just pandering for TEA party votes.
I’ve been consistent in saying conservatives need to unite behind a candidate to defeat Romney, but insider guys and business as usual politicians like Perry and Gingrich don’t fit that bill.
Bachmann, Cain and Paul fit the criteria of people with some sort of outsider credentials.
And with Cain out and Paul too far out that only leaves Bachmann in my book.
Wow - you seem to have in-depth knowledge of Beck’s convoluted strategy.
Admit it - you just hate Mormons
