Clintonesque. "I simply do not know where the money is" (in the sense of not knowing where the money is at this moment, after it left MF Global) is not the same as "I do not know where the money WENT".
A thorough forensic accounting, if ever permitted, would answer some questions.

Sarbanes meant a great deal - to the IT industry at least. Billions and billions of dollars complying with 404, for example - everything is discoverable, you know.
