Only the Supreme Court can declare whether or not Obama is NBC, once the genuine 1961 BC image is actually legally released, and no case could reach SCOTUS until after 2012, IMO.
However, a criminal case of HI LFBC forgery could nail Obama much sooner and cleaner than an NBC case. If Obama were to be indicted, he would resign and Plugs would pardon him.

No one gives a rats ass about “forged” birth certificates, that`s irrelevant and open you to ridicule from EVERYONE.
The FACT is obama and the DNC, via their web site FighttheSmears ADMIT he is a “ native born citizen”.

I would be really surprised if Trump hadn't cleared this comment with his legal team based of evidence they had obtained and vetted.
His skill with a computer is partly a generational difference compared to mine (only partly) but I think he will be able to write his own check.
Mister Trump knows that (even if true) the birther issue is easily defeated by stalling, fogging, and friendly judges and fellow traveling pols. He also understands that good, conservative folks will hear his strident, wheeler-dealer accusatory rhetoric, and think that they might have a conservative ally.
We do not have an ally in Trump.
His objective is to siphon conservative votes from the GOP candidate, and elect Obama.
Lifelong DEM Trump (who conveniently became a GOPer in 08) knows that to elect Obama, he needs to convince you that whomever the GOP selects as their candidate, he would be better, and if he fools enough conservatives, Obama continues as president and Trump is, presumably, inline for a special reward.

Hey, Trump said his investigators were finding "amazing" things and that they couldn't believe what they were finding. Where is all that amazing stuff? Pretty sure the sum total of Trump's evidence are the ridiculous YouTube birther conspiracy videos, chain emails and forum spam.
The only question is, will one of the down and out single digit candidates flame out in spectacular fashion by going birther in attempt to make "the Donald" appreciate them. I don't think any of them would be so dumb, but one of the current low tier candidates might not be able to resist.

How hard is it to argue that instead of showing his birth certificate, he let a good man be court martialed. Yeah, he really supports the military. All the guy was doing was his sworn oath to uphold the Constitution. Yet republicans act like they can't/won't be able to make that case. What a jerk to let a military man be put in the brig, for what? People on here sound as if that is not a big deal, well it is.
If we continue to wait for the electorate to figure out the truth, or the press to actually report real news, we lose.

Since nobody 100 percent knows the truth, argue the point that a decent, brave, military man went to prison because of Obama’s ego. For me, it's a no brainer.
One more thing, At the time of the trial, he either had a birth certificate, and thought playing games with this decent and brave man was fun, or he has something to hide. Which one is it?
This is a stupid play.
We need to stay on the issues that can be proven.
