Cain is simply not Presidential. And it shows.

Just who of the current crop of Republican candidates do YOU consider Presidential?

“We stand our ground and we FIGHT and return fire and recapture territory.”

I would like to see that too. But it’s not “we” who need to show a fighting spirit right now as much as Mr. Cain....and so far, that hasn’t happened.

Rick Perry had to wait until he was 21 to vote--the amendment lowering the age to 18 was ratified in 1971, shortly after he turned 21. So it wasn't a surprising mistake to make.

Bob Dole got some flak in 1996 for referring to the Dodgers as the "Brooklyn Dodgers." Perry better not refer to the Astros as the Colt .45s.

That is OK. There is STILL time for you to join us Conservatives in this counter assault upon the Obama White House and the scumbag hit machine in the shadows which is engineering these trumped up political attacks upon the GOP candidates. Join us, dont just watch from the sidelines. Be an activist and get right in there and in their faces with the rest of us. The lowclass Obama/DNC types joined at the hip with the American MSM are attacking us ALL. We can differ on candidates, fine, but we must stand against them for they are truly trying out this method, getting ready to deploy on additional GOP candidates, they are already working behind the scenes with for example WaPO etc., to backchannelling slur stuff, so it's either with for them or against them (is the way I look at it). I hold the door open to you and your participation.

I AM an activist..have been since ‘94.
It’s my fulltime job...to help Conservatives get elected to office and promote the principles of the founding fathers.
I don’t have to “join” you cuz I’m already there.

Fantastic! That is great to hear. I did not mean to make an opposite presumption nor infer that. Sorry. Thank you for your input and your support for the cause.

Sorry, but I don’t see Cain as the “black conservative” but a fellow conservative who has been tried as guilty before any evidence whatsoever has entered the forum. 60 texts over the course of 13 years?? That’s all you have!? I make 60 texts in 2-3 days from friends alike — I need hard evidence before I completely dismiss Cain and I’m for Perry! And we all know that if Perry does make a come back, it will be the same for him in terms of the media throwing mud at a wall until something sticks or resembles sticking. Have fun with Newt. Perry and Cain and their respective camps need to get over the bad blood and defeat Newt/Mitt!

Thank you for your response, AIT. I’m surprised at the level of anger I see lately on FR,,especially in regard to the conflicting “support” for the GOP candidates.

We should be able to express our opinions without fear of being attacked. If we’re not feeling safe at FR, then where?

We’re all in this together with the goal of defeating Bamster in ‘12 and saving our Republic.
