Its not a “Fox News” station. The Fox Network and local stations has always been more liberal than FNC.

My question to you, dan, is WHY do you automatically believe the accusers, when the motive is so obvious and when there is no proof?

Do you not understand how evil Obama and his minions are, that you have no doubt that these transparent accusations are valid?

What's going on with you?

I personally do not like the direction of the USA, and believe much of it is because we as a society have come to accept politicians and leaders that lack ethics and character, and one result has been corruption and cronyism.

Obviously we will all make our own choice but my vote will go to the candidate that has consistently displayed the most character and ethical behavior. I put those qualities at the top of my priority list. It takes real character to keep from taking advantage of the many unethical opportunities that inevitably will present themselves to powerful people.

Maybe they did have an affair, I do not know.
However, I would rather have as president a man who had an affair, than one who is buggering the entire country.
We are all people with sin, that is a given.
The only perfect being is Jesus Christ, since He is not running for president, the person elected will be of a sinful nature, that’s a given.
So there we are, no perfect person is running, so we each have to decide what we will accept or not.

One does not have to denigrate the accusers, they do that for themselves.

Be a judge of character and look at this latest woman (who is not attractive so does not strike me as a candidate for an affair). She seems like a rather nervous liar to me.

One cannot tell which way the cell calls went so I am reserving judgement on whether the evidence is really evidence. Cain is smart and would not subject himself and his family to this if he had such a history with this sad person.

The local news angle is what make me believe that there is something to this one along with the non-denial from Cain’s Lawyer. I also have a feeling that Cain’s issues were common knowledge around Atlanta. On the other hand, Cain could get a letter from his Doctor stating that he has ED from the cancer and that might solve the problem.

“You sound like every Democrat (and 10 year old) I’ve ever known.”

You are trying to defend the indefensible. It will all come out, not by me, not by you, but by records, receipts, plane reservations, and the MSM about to be on top of this like a mustard plaster. Cain’s goose is cooked.

If this is true, what the hell was Cain thinking? He had to know it would be found out.

Exactly. Why would he run for POTUS and expose himself to an open closet of skeletons? My opinion is the closet is pretty dang clean. The enemy has (enemies have) an arsenal of $ and manufactured "ammo," and will continually attempt to clutter that closet with all kinds of little surprises.

I had a few questions with the initial accusation but as I watched Cains lies mount...5 stories in three days...I thought it 5 was too much to take.

This last accusation is it for me. How many women need to come forward about this guy?

But I'll tell you what tipped me 100% against believing him. I saw the interview his wife did with Greta and I thought it was very painful to watch. IMO she just didn't believe what she was saying, but when she said that she and Cain have NEVER spoken about these allegations...not a word after Bialek spoke, I knew I was not hearing the truth. I've been married for 28 years and my wife trusts me implicitly but if some woman went on TV and said I shoved my hand up her skirt you can bet your bottom dollar she and I would talk about it.

What if we stayed with Herman through this? Wouldn’t that put a final end to any adult sexual affairs ruining things forever from our candidates? Is it possible to do that? But Herman has GOT to take a different tack.

If we disqualified candidates based on their extramarital activities, I wonder how many men would be left on Mt. Rushmore, or our currency. Meanwhile, we have - yet again - an accuser of tainted character: bankruptcies, prior harassment allegations, legal judgments, stalking charges. Ginger White is a MESS, just as is Buy-A-Lick.

Meanwhile we were told to ignore what Clinton did "on the side", even though he did it with a girl his daughter's age - in the Oval Office. He was "fighting for the middle class", so it was all excused - every sordid detail. And there are NO sordid details about Herman Cain. Yet we are supposed to crucify him. I will not participate.

“A couple things. First off...you nor I know if Romney is happy, and hasn’t cheated. Maybe he’s like Joseph Smith...or his grandfather!”

Romney’s wife has multiple sclerosis, and he hasn’t dumped her. Gingrich’s first wife, on the other hand, had cancer, and he cheated on her and dumped her. Compare and contrast.

You make a good point. If they are two-way texts with both messages and responses, that is different than if they are just sender to receiver.

I’m assuming that both Cain’s response and his lawyer’s response are predicated on the messages being two-way.

The problem with your logic is that we have heard the Flowers tapes.

We saw the results of the court sanctions on Clinton.

We have seen no text messages and no other documents in this case and until we do, one should tone down the vitriol.

Clinton’s past is a fact.

Cain’s past is as yet not known, only rumored.

I NEVER said any of the things you are accusing me of

I never accused you of anything. I was speaking in general terms about how we conservatives were very willing to believe everythng said about clinton's affairs. So get a grip and a little historical perspective.
