Its laughable to dismiss Santorum and at the same time talk up one of the other candidates running. They all have serious shortcomings.I agree.
To: GeronL
Initially yes, as it seemed pretty much everyone else.
I am testing one more thing though, thinking it may not be ‘resetting’ all the answers I am going to try again clearing cache and all that, before I just left the window open, changed some answers, and recalculated.

He did a great job today on the Forum/debate. His personal story about his child was very moving. He seems like a nice guy. But I think he lacks the x factor and simply won’t be able to bring in the votes.
I see him as better than some and not as good as others.
I am already committed to the guy I want to see as our next president, Newt Gingrich.

He has spent so much time in Iowa he should move there.
That was his ploy from the beginning. If it doesn't work he is gone.
I don't care what anyone says, Iowa doesn't mean beans.
Remember Alan Keyes that won?

I’M not a Perry supporter.
I believe Rick Santorum should be looked at. This is not from the rabids. I’m a normal American mom.

Santorum lost any possibility of getting my support when he chose to back that RINO-turncoat Arlen Specter over a TRUE conservative, Pat Toomey. Spot on. And, he can't stop whining.

You are wrong. RS was groomed by the Hillman republicans. IOW RINO'S.
When he was ready he returned to PA and ran against democrat Doug Walgren. One of his main accusations against Walgren was that Walgren did not (mainly) live in PA. Santorum won. In his last race it was argued that Santorums children did not attend the PA schools he claimed they did and were in fact mostly in VA.
HE IS A BELTWAY REPUBLICAN! Also IIRC he works or worked for the Eckert Seamans law firm which may be Atty Jim Eckert. (I do not know positively but it crossed my mind) Eckert is well known to be the local atty who represnts anyone who is guilty.
If someone is caught red handed at a murder scene Eckert use to be the go to guy. He made the most absurd arguments!
If Santorum is connected with him in any way - and I'm not positive he is - RUN!
Even if he isn't he IS connected with the Hillman's and they are Rove type, beltway, country club republicans. Kiss McCains butt republican's. Vote for anything with a GOP stamp republicans.
I have been to the Hillman's home in Pittsburgh several times both when my parents were part of the GOP thing and by myself.
The place STINKS of RINO!

I don’t know, but looking at the “politifact” ratings that designated Obama, Clinton and Biden as being “Mostly true” and half true... I don’t put much weight into their quiz results. Also, I did not see where I disagreed fundamentally with candidates that they scored way low for my answers : /

After he endorsed Spectre over Toomey, most FReeper wrote him off.Which is absurd. He made a mistake and caved to White House pressure seven years ago. Every candidate in the race has screwed up, some of them spectacularly. Santorum probably has the least amount of baggage of them all.

Wow I had forgotten about that one! Yes Santorum wanted to blow away one of the FEW things the feds do fairly well. Really NWS is a matter of national security. There are otehr private services of course but NWS does a pretty good job against them.
There are so many other federal agencies/programs (need I really list them) that deserve to go but he picked on that one.

Clicking on ‘more info’ after each persons poll totals is an eye opener and more ‘telling’ of just how this poll was set up.
It’s ‘slanted’ just a ‘tad’..
