the main objective is to get rid of Obama.

The only objective is to get rid of big-government, socialism, statism, etc., etc. and get back to a government that recognizes and adheres to the Constitution, i.e., not prohibiting the free exercise of religion, the infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, etc.

So if electing a Republican would result in more of the above-described actions by government, then I would consider voting for a Democrat if I believed their election would result in less of those actions. If both the Republican AND the Democrat would both result in MORE of those actions, then it would be worse for conservatives if the Republican was elected, since their failures would reflect on Republicans, and, therefore, in many people's minds, also on conservatism.

A great example of a Republican failure in this regard was President Bush's bailouts. Those actions were not conservative in any way, shape or form, but they established a horrificly unconstitutional precedent for future Presidents to follow and they tainted the Republican party with cronyism and unconstitutional and decidedly unconservative economics.

America will continue down the path to destruction until the Goldman-government cabal is ripped apart. A truly conservative President should and would do this even if it meant having to assign protective services to Treasury and Justice Department officials after replacing most of them. It would be quick and easy, like ripping off a bandaid(tm) if it was just done and over with.

I agree, if we dont vote , we end up voting for the dem candidate- there is never a perfect candidate, but if romney or Obama is the choice, you pick the better of the 2

While that is true, I am still quite content that I didn't vote for Schwarzenegger in Kalifornia. His incompetence and lack of principles accomplished nothing for conservatives and made it inevitable that Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown would get a return engagement in Sacramento.

I might vote for Romney if he gets the nomination, but I will forever despise the RINO supporters who joined the liberal media in suggesting that he is a Republican and not a Democrat.
