She did not recuse herself from the vote to hear the case (but did recuse herself from 6 other votes announced today on whether or not to hear cases). So she is apparently not going to recuse herself.
We own neither. This will just make it permanent.
There was a time gov't did tell white men of a certain age (18-45) to buy a gun. It was the Militia Act of 1792. Militias are a special case since they're specifically constitutional.
