Herman Cain is for States rights. He believes States have the right to make laws that are in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. He didn't say he believed in the rights of States to make unconstitutional laws on guns. It’s dishonest to insinuate that’s what he means. States need their rights restored without the Federal government using strong arm tactics like withholding highway funds, or whatever the way they do to gain control they aren't meant to have. That doesn't’t mean giving States the rights to make laws that are clearly unconstitutional.

Cain’s 999 plan has nothing to do with a VAT tax. This is just not true whatsoever. We have had many economist endorse Cain’s plan. It’s been supported, and defended, by many Conservatives.

I don’t care about the personal lives of these candidates when it has no impact on their politics, or how they will change our nation. All the baseless claims against Herman Cain have nothing to do with the kind of President he would be. It’s just a bunch of liberal slander without substance. These media labeled “accusers”, many who have ties to the left, really aren't’t even accusing Cain of anything(like this last one), but that doesn't stop them from reporting it that way.

I don't care about Gingrich's personal history either, because it doesn't have anything to do with his politics. I think Newt is okay, especially considering he doesn't have the liberal record most Republicans who have been involved in politics for as long as he has been would have. There are a lot of things I don't necessarily like about him though.

One recent incident that makes Gingrich look like an establishment party first guy, is when he endorsed extreme liberal Dede Scozzafava over Conservative party candidate Doug Hoffmann in 2009. Hoffmann was getting high profile endorsements, and polls had shown he could win the election, so it makes no sense to me why he would endorse an obvious liberal. She was liberal even for a RINO, and it was no secret.

That kind of thing combined with the years Gingrich has been in politics, reminds people of an establishment Republican putting the Republican brand, before Conservative principle. He may have said he regretted it later, but who wouldn't have regretted it when Dede ended up dropping out of the race and supporting the democrat candidate who then won a close race against Hoffman?

I will never be capable of voting for either Romney or Perry, but I could vote for Gingrich(although I would have to know more about his illegal immigration stance), if he happened to get the nomination. I just don't see that happening though. I see it as between Romney, and Cain. I also think if Cain fall significantly in the polls, Romney will get an easy win.

I want someone tough on illegal immigration, and I think Cain is that candidate. I'm tired of it being ignored, or politicians who do things that will have no permanent, or significant, affect on the illegal immigration issue in a positive way. Cain's talking like most Conservatives feel about the issue, and I trust him more than most to make a real attempt to stop it.

You better not be hoping for Cain to fall based on this crap that's unrelated to politics, because if Gingrich ever gets anywhere near being in contention for the nomination he's going to get attacked the same. With his personal history there will be women he “sexual harassed”, to come forward regardless of reality. The liberal media will lie, cheat, and do everything possible to totally destroy any candidate they see as a threat. And one way they do that is to make Conservatives see a candidate as unelectable.

A lot of Sarah Palin supporters started thinking she was unelectable because of how bad the media had attacked her. That was their plan, and point of the attacks, and it obviously worked on some of us. We can't let that happen. I will always support Herman Cain, and every other Conservative that liberals try to brainwash me by trying to make me question whether that Conservative candidate is electable or not. That usually means exactly the opposite, or they wouldn't waste their time slandering them. Just like they are happy to let us know Romney is the most electable candidate to defeat their guy Obama. I'm sure they are trying to help us beat their guy. These tactics are obvious, and we can't just start giving up if we ever want to change our nation for the better.

I just hope the Conservative candidates refrain from attacking each other when there is nothing to gain from that. It just hurts the Conservative movement, and is unnecessary when there are so many liberal Republicans, and Obama(who hates everything good about this nation), to go after instead.

I think Cain and Gingrich have shown how Conservatives can debate each other intelligently on actual issues, without building up a horrible resentment against each other by the end of the race, that's usually based on irrelevant crap at that.

Right now all of us Conservatives should do everything we can to defeat Romney in this primary. Once we have accomplished that we can focus on the America hating Obama. Sadly, I think we are going to have a much harder time defeating Romney than we would defeating Obama.

I am going to support Herman Cain until the end, because I see the race between Romney and Cain at this point. I also think the attacks on Cain aren't doing significant damage, and he isn't losing much support. He's raising more cash than ever because of this. He would have already been done for if it was going to happen, and he would have been done for back before Conservative Radio, and the Internet were around.

Now it's different, and the Cain train can't be derailed by the liberal media who's lost at least some degree of respect with just about every American.

I believe Cain gets the nomination. Our next President will be Obama, Romney, or Cain. That makes this an easy choice for me. We finally even have a guy who's serious when it comes to stopping illegal immigration.

These smears by the liberal media are only going to strengthen Cain, because of the ridiculousness of them at this point. The so-called fifth accuser isn't even actually accusing him of anything, and it's pathetic it's being reported that way. It's going to turn on them, and that's why Cain is raising more cash for his campaign than ever. Times have changed, and their lies can't derail the Cain train.
