Here, let me help you. The Establishment would like Romney to win. They encouraged both Cain and Bachmann to campaign while selling their books as a way to fracture the conservative vote and discourage Palin from running.

Before it was looking like that was enough to do the trick, they encouraged Perry in as well. Worst case, if they couldn’t get the primary voters to go for Romney, they knew Perry would play the game with them too.

Then Perry was a little too successful for a while and now Cain is a little too successful. The GOP Establishment planting half of the field in the race this year, and they’re not afraid of pruning back one that grows a little too fast or takes up a little too much sun.

The Romney and Perry teams are closer than they posture themselves to be, but both Perry team and Rove have been frothing at the mouth for the chance to cut Cain back. A guy with Perry and Rove connections would be perfect, but it sounds like they really lucked into the coincidence of his having been with the NRA.

“I have sat in an office with a female coworker, while our boss told us that the next employee to hire had to have big breasts”

OH The HUMANITY! Somebody tell the commissars,,, send the offender to re-education camp! And i bet she snickered,,, because for some reason, she let him know such things are ok with her. You can tell a lady, because the men around her soon begin to act like gentlemen.

I see a lot of people on this threads accusing each other of being Cain-bots, Romney-bots, or Perry-bots. How about you all calm down and stop attacking each other? I don't know who is behind all this, but if it's a DNC operation, they are achieving exactly what they wanted.

Ahh, more sanity in these threads. Thank you. It's Cain in the crosshairs now, after Bachmann and Perry but make no mistake about it. If this is successful in knocking Cain out, those crosshairs will shift to the next person until the desired candidate that the DNC knows they can beat is foisted upon us ... AGAIN!

Well was his firm hired as a crisis prevention situ or did this man witness Cain? I believe he is not a witness but knows the exact allegations made by the woman.BIG DEAL every sex harass case is shocking. The woman got severence pay to shut up but it does not make the allegations true.So this Wilson wants who Rove wants in- ROMNEY.It is unethical for a paid consultant to ever speak out so it is a political ploy that points to Rove and Romney IMO.Rove is seething that Cain is in and doing well.

No,, Cain doesn’t need to play their game. A leader controls the news,, and is not controlled BY the media.

Nice try,,

Thanks. I have received several replies to this question and all the rest say no, but none mention, as you did, that there may be a non disclosure agreement as a condition of employment.

Yes. He was Texas Republican Party Chair, worked for Bush campaign and worked directly with Carl Rove. That ties him to Perry as well. Is it a coincidence that Romney was in OK last week? That is where Wilson’s polling firm is located. So Romney may be tied to Wilson as well.

And we thought only the demrats practiced the politics of personal destruction. Interestingly, these slugs only practice this despicable ploy against conservatives. Where are Rove and Wilson when it comes to destroying demrats?

...but YES, more things are yet to come.

You have said that twice now. So given your proclivities the Perry camp is the source...

Talking to every woman he worked around 20 years ago,,,etc.

Well geez you could find an angry woman in EVERY man's past who would be willing to play Anita Hill.

That is why charges like this are so stupid, and it really pisses me off that people care about it.

It’s funny, but that Boss went on to lose his job at another company because he was using the corporate credit card to carry on an extramarital affair. Dinners and hotels for the mistress on the companies dime.

“Where are Rove and Wilson when it comes to destroying demrats?”

A VERY solid point. I think Obama has a gay background, that he’s a Muslim communist, whos admitted to snorting coke, etc etc,,,
And somehow,, all i can know is bad things about Sarah, Cain, etc,,,
Wonder why that is?

I don’t think they “lucked” into anything. I suspect they’ve had this information for some time. Romney has ties to the National Restaurant Ass’n. Perry has ties to someone who lobbied the Ass’n. The whole project has been to sideline the Tea Party in this election. Thus insuring an establishment candidate.

Rove’s been the operative behind this, and has worked with both the Romney and Perry camps to coordinate the attacks on anyone seen as a threat; first Bachmann, now Cain. This is far more important (to them) than any silly little squabble of years ago (Rove-Perry). It’s for the lifeblood (in their eyes) of the GOP.

Perry’s polling disaster? Not planned. That’s all on Perry’s back and his disastrous handling of the debates. But that may well have set up the timing on this current hit piece on Cain.

Article says he was a “witness” but when you actually read it, it seems like he was just ‘around’ during the time period and ‘everybody’ knew what was going on (i.e., he witnessed nothing).

I just felt all along that something was going to bring his campaign down - there's just something not right about him -

You know, I understand exactly what you mean about something just not "feeling right". It's like the following story that came out last month, based on 100% documentable facts, and yet noone in the media has covered it or asked questions about it. I don't understand why, but it just doesn't feel right to me.

Mitt and Rick’s Secret Donor Deal
Sep 20, 2011 11:26 PM EDT

Before they were rivals for the 2012 GOP nomination, Mitt Romney and Rick Perry got entangled in a $1 million donation controversy that a judge ruled broke the law. Steve McVicker reports.

It might be hard to imagine after last week’s GOP presidential slugfest, but there was a time not too long ago when a group headed by Mitt Romney quietly—and a judge says illegally—helped Rick Perry’s political career in Texas and set the stage for his new nemesis to rise on the national stage.

Spokesmen for Romney and Rick Perry did not return repeated requests seeking comment.

Rick Perry’s campaign has denied in the past that it did anything wrong but settled its role in the lawsuit by making a $427,000 payment in 2010, court records show.

Ahhhh and i was expecting you to give me the moral of the story by explaining to me how the poor chaste wretch of a good pious woman was SO upset, that she had to quit teaching her sunday school class out of the shame heaped upon her by boobie man. Thats what i expected,,, but you did not disappoint.
Is the man a registered sex offender now too?? LOL
