“Shall not be infringed,” is today held by the courts to mean “may be restricted as determined by us.”
He just admitted to the motive of the DOJ’s gun running crime. It’s their opposition to the second amendment and their desire to deep six the constitution. Put them on trial!

The GOP didn’t even float the idea of a law* recognizing abortion to be murder when they had Executive and Legislative branches, even as a token showing, to their stated platform-plank of reversing Roe v. Wade.
*— It should be doable via Law, as the Constitution EXPLICITLY denies the federal government the ability to terminate a person’s life w/o trial (5th Amd) which is EXACTLY what Roe v. Wade allows.
This has always been about creating a crisis that resulted in a cry for more gun control in the US. Thank God they were caught red-handed.
