RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A Halloween-themed graphic featuring a zombie President Barack Obama with a bullet hole in his forehead provoked widespread outrage and the attention of the Secret Service Monday after a local Republican committee in Virginia used it to scare up interest in Halloween parade political activities.
The montage, a banner on a mass email to Loudoun Republicans, mingles seasonal images including a jack-o-lantern, a disfigured U.S. Rep. Nancy Pelosi and a throng of flesh-hungry zombie Obama supporters.

Like I’m sure the Secret Service investigated a zombie Obama with a hole in his head.
I mean, they have the real thing, hole and all, 24/7 just a few feet away.

"This is a disgusting and violent portrayal of the president of the United States," said Democratic Party of Virginia spokesman Brian Coy. I bet he said the same thing about "The Assassination of George Bush." Not!

Would you be outraged if the Democratic Party paid for an ad that had a picture of President Bush with a bullet in his head? Nah, not at all.
What's to be upset over?

Man, what a bad idea. I disapprove. I’d be outraged if liberals did that sort of thing when Bush was president. I mean, I WAS outraged when liberals did that sort of thing when Bush was president.

The only thing the GOP done here is pay for the graphic art for an Obama 2012 ad.

Of course they’ve done worse. Many of those threats against Bush resulted in a visit from the Secret Service— and rightfully so. That’s not the point. The point is that making threats against the President is illegal, and our side should not be doing it either.

The YouTube "George Bush Get Shot Dead In Front Of Hundreds In Chicago" is the most reprehensible, vilest POS I have ever seen. It is (political) pornography in the most obscene sense of the word. I hadn't been aware of the video until now. I'm not one to ever get queasy, have tolerated the strongest visual stimuli without a problem but this video had made quivering in rage, revulsion, could not stomach, get passed more than a minute of the 2:30 clip.
What I would do to those involved in this abominable excrescence would make Satan cringe.

What a stupid idea. Zombies are on a quest for brains. Obama has no interest in brains.

If the picture in #27 is the picture that was circulated, folks need to lighten up...a lot.
Zombies are typically pictured with bullet holes to the head. To show that they are "undead" and that a bullet can't stop them.
For example:
In other words: there's nothing to apologize for.
Except for playing into Demoncrap double-standards.

Childish and tasteless.
And I don't care how many rabid liberals have done the same thing with their tasteless garbage.
Stuff like this does nothing to win people over to our side.

That’s a fair point. I think I finally see the image there upthread and if that’s all it is, it certainly doesn’t rise to any sort of threat.

"Would you be outraged if the Democratic Party paid for an ad that had a picture of President Bush with a bullet in his head?"
I would not since I value the First Amendment and freedom of speech in regards to elected officials as well as the government they produce.
I am against this Wilsonian mirage that the President is some kind of philosopher king who must be valued above all in the realm of government. "The Divine Right of the Presidency" is a joke and a falsehood considering how the framers of the Constitution kicked King George III influence to the curb. No wonder Wilson despised the Founders (Read his memoirs not his political bile designed to fool the masses). The President is just another expendable figure in our government; too bad many bought Woodrow's "insight".
