Herman Cain zoomed to the top of the latest Republican presidential poll in Ohio, quadrupling his support in the key state in the past month!

Polls are always fickle this early on, but I believe this much more than what happened here recently. Ron Paul won the OH-R straw poll over the weekend. Wonder how much he spent to buy that.

In my opinion, Herman Cain is surging ahead because We The People want the truth not career, morally-bankrupt politicians as usual. With the exception of perhaps five, the members of Congress are clueless eunuchs. They are mute while the current Wannabe Dictator destroys our country. Doesn’t that make them complicit in the corruption? Does the word treason apply here? I think so, how about you?

Has there ever been a more sinister and reprehensible time in our history? Has the US Congress ever had so many power-hungry, amoral, spineless, gutless occupants?

The perry peeps will be here shortly to tell us that polls mean nothing and Cain can’t win and the only one who can take romney out is perry and perry is the only one who can beat obama and Cain is a stalking horse for romney and if Cain is the nominee, obama will win the election, and Cain is for reparations and his 999 plan is stupid and, and, and....

Mr. Perry has left the building.

Please tell Mr. Perry what his parting gifts are Johnny!

It KILLS me that people still take this liberal seriously. Yes he has 17 million (which I doubt he still has that much) but he is definitely a cooked goose. His supporters normally are intelligent but for some reason are being fooled by this piece of trash. So sad to see truly.

I don't know Ben. I got a ping last night, it seem we got it all wrong and we who support Cain are not true Patriots and need to: "Wake up America the media is playing you like a fiddle."

Seems we got it all wrong and only Ron Paul can save us. I must take time to consider.

And that Cain should drop out so 5th place Perry can get the nomination. lol!

Many times. Any of the 1820s, 30s, and 40s come to mind when Congress refused to even talk about slavery; and 1866-1880 comes to mind as (still) a high point of congressional corruption, in large part thanks to Reconstruction spending.

Dunno. I’m a recent addition. However, it’s a lot more conservative as a whole than MD, where I used to live.

OH went to Gore in 2000, Bush in 2004 and Obama in 2008. Blue, red, blue and possibly red this time around.
