Good to hear! We CAN win this with a conservative, but we have to work at it.
And, good luck in CA. I couldn’t do it anymore, I couldn’t live there, I loved the weather, but it was literally killing me. I was angry and worked up all the time. It’s cold here in the frozen north but even the so called ‘liberal’ democrats in my area are moderate Republicans in California.
Thanks Jim.
I can’t find 1% agreement with anything he’s said or done or promoted.
- - - - -
There is one thing he has done that I agree with 100%...
He dropped out of the race last time. Don’t expect it to happen again though.
RE:
...If Romney is the nominee I will (or will not) vote for him...”

Lord, I hate Romney and what he represents;
but I hate Obama and what he represents even more.
Let us all hope, pray, and work hard so that we are not ultimately faced with having to make that decision.
Thanks for compiling that, Jim, very interesting.
OK, this has nothing to do with anything...but what is the deal with that eagle’s left eye? He has a square pupil!
A. If you want people to read your comments, you should use punctuation.
B. I’ve heard from other freepers who live in MA express their loathing for Romney. Odd that you sort of like him.
(Pinging a few MA freepers.)
Contrary to what the kool-aid feeders are giving you, ROMNEY IS UNELECTABLE!!! There is no way he will win against Obama and your attitude is exactly what the libs want, they want Romney and they want us to think it is inevitable.
This anyone but Obama crap (when it includes Romney reluctantly or not) is part of the problem, not the solution.
Romney is worse than Obama in at least one way - Romney pretends to be a Republican, Obama does not. Obama is the enemy in front of our faces, Romney is the friend who will shoot us in the back.
WELL SAID!
Great post Jim, more indies need to read this.
People who are not professional politicians are desirable. It’s a huge plus.
“Let us all hope, pray, and work hard so that we are not ultimately faced with having to make that decision.”
I have already MADE my decision.
I will never, under any circumstances vote for Romney.
How much clearer can I be?
I guess our only difference is that I hate Obama more than you do.
Do not.
Do too.
Do not.
Do too.
If that’s all we have to disagree on, then we are pretty close.

More importantly, the ‘top-two’ system is on the ballot, not in effect yet. CA still has a ‘modified-blanket’ primary, which means that unaffiliated voters can participate in a party’s primary only if the party has historically allowed this (including Democratic and Republican until 2008). If I understand correctly, unaffiliated voters can vote in the Dem primary, but not the Republican one.

It is a huge plus for me. I’m sick of politicians.
I doubt he can win, anyway.
Excellent analysis, Jim.
GOD BLESS YOU JIMROB!!!!!! TELL IT!!!!!
