What telecom is his ISP? I thought they could be forced to turn over all logs and had to retain them for years. Isn’t this a matter of national security?
Nixon tried to claim Executive Privilege with the WH tapes - he lost. I see NO difference here ...
Send a direct appeal to SCOTUS !!!
Just get some teenager to hack the bloody thing and post its contents on the net.
Wikileaks, where are you?
David Lewis is a Tea Party candidate running against Boehner.
Agreed
David Lewis is a Tea Party candidate running against Boehner.
:::::::::::
David Lewis is too young, too inexperienced, and lacks the composure and polish needed for the job. The screaming sit-ins are unacceptable.
That only applies if your last name is Palin.
Correct , and its long, long overdue.
Correct , and its long, long overdue.
Obama can’t do this. Eventually he will be forced to cough up the requested information. Unfortunately, it won’t happen until after he’s out of office and nobody will care.
“Belonging to a real old generation, I have no idea how Blackberries work - except in pies!
Cant messages be deleted from them?”
Here is a lesson for everyone to learn. In cyberspace, nothing really ever gets deleted. You may THINK you have deleted an e-mail or file from your PC, phone, etc, but either the service provider keeps it, it still resides on your hard drive or memory, or the NSA has a copy of it.
Even run-on sentences are not exempt!
That blackberry is a tool provided by Obama’s employer, ‘we the people’. Like any other employer, e-mails can be monitored. There should be nothing on that blackberry that could be classified as ‘top secret’ or a threat to National security. If there is, Obama should be considered a loose cannon. Cough it up Obama, quit disrespecting this Country, its laws and its government.
“”Even run-on sentences are not exempt!””
I like your wit. That sentence of yours wasn’t run-on. You’ve seen obozo’s, I’m sure. Now THOSE are run-on sentences - and on and on and on and on!! By the time he answers a question, the questioner has forgotten what the question was.
Tanx, wit I have, so I am not totally defenseless!
