Ron Paul is the only grown up running for president. He knows who he is and what he stands for, and that doesn’t change based on who he is talking to or what state he is campaigning in. He tells the truth that America is bankrupt, the government is wasteful and too large, and that we must end our empirical activity around the world. He is the only one willing to tell the American people what tough things must be done to keep America a great nation. He avoids talking points and discusses things that matter: monetary policy, taxation through inflation,foreign policy, the Federal Reserve, and personal liberty. Anyone who is sick of the status quo and done with the establishment will vote for Ron Paul in 2012. A vote for anyone else is a vote for more of the came. Musical chairs.
Used to? Sorry, but we're pretty much all still laughing at Ron Paul. He does usually say something utterly ridiculous in each debate that provides for a good giggle. I'm still chuckling over the reason he gave for not building a fence on our southern border - because it might be used to keep Americans from fleeing..... to Mexico.
Anyway Paulbot#1754, you are in a cult. You may not realize it, but you are. There is some good information online about how to break free. Much has been written about the hapless and confused people who ended up getting sucked into the Lyndon LaRouche cult. You may want to start there since you may be in the same type of situation.
I do hope that Ron Paul leaves the Republican party when he fails to get the nomination this time around. It will be great to finally be rid of him (again). His supporters aren't likely to vote for the actual Republican nominee anyway, at least as an independent he will deprive Obama of the drug addled, peacenik hipster voters.
