I never really saw what the attraction (in more ways than one) was for Coulter. And to second the comment someone else made, the last time I heard her on the radio (Howie Carr Show, ~2 months ago), she sounded either bombed or high. Why she's held up as royalty? Beats me.

I've only listened to LI once, about a year ago. So that tells you my opinion of her show.

At the end of the day, they're (Coulter, Ingraham, Hannity, O’Reily and Rove) all Rush wannabes, with various degrees RINOism.

Harriet Myers had all these so-called ¨conservatives¨ scattering like bugs from an overturned rock.

I think that is why Mittens is hitching his sleeve strap clasp to Cain...He knows that his progressive LIBERAL views are not going to be accepted by the Tea Partiers....you and me included.

The effort by the Establishment RINOS to wrap this up ASAP has to be thwarted....

Perry has more electoral experience...but not more private sector and non-profit/charitable experience than Romney.

She gave me my latest blog post:

Ann Coulter never seems to pick a winner in Presidential elections. This year is no different. The problem may be that she is not as conscientious about research as I thought.

I’ve read all her books, and have been impressed with her research. She can certainly say “Lexus-Nexus” faster than anyone I know.

In this video interview at the Wall Street Journal, she says that Romney lied about Global Warming because he was attacked, but that we should believe that he won’t support the same people if we elect him President. She’s sure that he’s learned his lesson on Romneycare, too.

“His position on illegal immigration is a killer. . .
You can’t repeal the citizenship. . . . We have a path to amnesty for illegal immigrants that’s a policy can never be changed.”

There is no such thing as a “path to amnesty” in Texas law.

I am a Perry supporter and I don’t like the prospect of Romney being our candidate. We need someone who is willing to kill the beast; not lie down with him. Perry would have the beast hog-tied the first week in office with the repeal of Obamacare and the repeal of business killing regulatons
. Romney would try to pacify the beast with his offerings while it was tearing up the place.

When I say practical, I mean taking the safest route to the White House using the political realities of the matter. Romney knows how to win the office of governor in a blue state. When you look at Ronald Reagan, he did that in the blue state of California. It might be the safest way to win the independents who are more concerned about results rather than political dogma. We want a candidate who can speak to all Americans and unite rather than divide. For me, Governor Rick Perry is that man. He will also appeal to the South and the Tea Party patriots. He is governor of a state with a complex composite of Republicans and Democrats. Even though Texas is mostly Republican, you have a Democrat populaton with socialist values to deal with. With that background, Governor Perry has an edge over Romney. Governor Perry, for some reason, is being overlooked by Ann Coulter. It think it is a desire to really play it safe because Romney is from a North Atlantic state.

Ann is not what you think she is. She's a fraud just like Mitt.

That's giving her a pass. She writes conservative books because they sell. Her actions are different - this comes as no surprised, she supported him in '08. She flips when it pays - Mitt has done the same. Will conservatives ever learn.

New Jersey Chris Christie just endorsed Mitt Romney. I am thinking that our hand of cards is set whether we like it or not. Fred Malek, a veteran Republican fundraiser and activist, said Christie's endorsement will start "to evoke a feeling of inevitability which starts to attract more people" to Romney. For more on this breaking news, read this USA Today report: http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/story/2011-10-11/christie-endorses-romney/50735708/1
