The other side is winning the argument

If you call pooping on cop cars "winning". They may be dominating headlines, but that isn't always a good thing.

If you think that's all they're doing, then you're in a whole lot of denial.

No, actually, I don't think that is all they are doing. Far from it. For starters, they are providing the sideshow which keeps Fast and Furious and related criminally negligent (or just plain criminal) operations out of the news. They are mustering the mobs of the Marxists, and eventually will foment violence which will be promptly blamed on others. They are providing the Massed Socialist Media the opportunity to compare the TEA party with their rabble, and pushing that meme hard.

Eventually, there will be the sort of event which will empower the government in the public psyche to crack down on our rights.

The list goes on, those are just some high points, but in the end, it also presents an image of America as weak willed, poorly organized nation on its last legs in terms of maintaining order within our borders.

Doubtless, those are just a few of the goals of those who are continuing to support, fund, and organize this crap.

However, while their 'message' may resonate with some people, I think the vast majority, especially those of us who recall Chicago in '68, Mayday, and other massive demonstrations, will realize this is the same garbage, only with Muslims in the mix. No good will come of it, but until the line is crossed, there is little the average person can do besides ridicule it.

Glad to see you recognize what that type of movement can result in.

While we on the right can scoff and look down on their ridiculousness, that kind of ridiculous movement does tend to get the kind of reactions that bring people into power and they then become entrenched for a long time, like when the democrats controlled congress for over 40 years straight.

The “Occupy” movement is getting the headlines and the democrats are taking advantage and using them to vilify the wrong sections of society and the corporations and job creators. Most of the people in the U.S. aren’t well-informed enough to know that there is a danger in what the “occupy” movement is about, and they can be easily misled, especially when the media is assisting them and even calling them the answer to the “tea party”. The “occupy” movement is being made out to be the good guys, and that’s the danger.

Keller knows nothing, and he's proud of it.

Keller is just the newest nincompoop to be added to the Slimes stellar roster of hacks, chumps and nitwits.

Hope you’re right. They seem to have quieted down in my neck of the woods.

This person apparently does not understand how the TEA party formed. The letters stand for Taxed Enough Already.

Is that why we are falling in for the guy with a new consumption tax? Because we don't like taxes?

What launched most Tea Party Americans is TARP (Cain supported it having been a part of the Fed), the GM bailouts, Cash for clunkers and Obamacare.

There is also a hit piece on Cain being a corporate crook that we have to vet and understand the truth about. He needs to be asked about it. The Left will bring in victims to whine. You can bet on it.

Really, we have to be very honest and clear about the strengths and weakness of our candidates. Political rah, rah lies are not going to help our cause. Everything about our candidate will come out loud and clear as soon as they are nominated.

One thing about Cain having been involved with the Fed is that he does understand banking and he would not have screwed up a bailout package like what Paulson laid on Bush at the last minute. He also would have been more likely to understand the problems and act before they blew up like they did. Since he's played the banking game, he would know better how to reform it SANELY.

If he is involved in a corporate scandal we need to know what the left would hang on him if he were our guy.

Good point. And that is why FR is such a valuable resource.

There’s a reason the Tea Party is “silent” for the moment. Unlike the FLEA party, we actually work for a living so that the fleas can infect Wall Street.
