Cain believes in a physical fence that stretches across the entire border. He also believes that we should not provide any entitlements to illegal immigrants. He is against the Dream Act.

Has Cain said he wants "a physical fence that stretches across the entire border" as Bachmann has said? Please give me a link to that quote.

Gov. Perry also is against the Federal Dream Act.

I don’t know. why would Cain, Bachmann, Santorum etc...all want to get Perry out of the race and leave Romney the frontrunner.

If Perry gets out of the race more votes would go towards the Cain side than Mittens. Also, Perry is trailing Cain in several polls, so you could say Perry is being the spoiler here by not bowing out.

For the same reason you weren’t concerned about Sarah Palin’s endorsement of Rick Perry last summer? This six degrees of separation game is beneath FR. Turns out Romney is the only one in the field who hasn’t endorsed a “RINO”. Does that mean that Romney is the only conservative in the race? ;)

Conservatives here do not accept Mitt Romney. Jim Robinson has said no one here can support Mitt Romney or else.

However some here are supporting the guy who supports Mitt Romney. He supported Romney in the last presidential election and has told you on more than one occasion he will support Romney in this election when his money runs out.

He only attacks Perry who most of you have on your list behind Cain and Bachmann.

Not sure how much longer you guys will allow yourself to be snookered.

If you give Cain your money, you will see him go out and support Romney after he spends your money attacking Perry.

With a plurality in primary after primary, Mittens can be nominated. His father in 1968 couldn’t get nominated because he was “brainwashed” and pulled out, I believe, even before the NH primary.

McLame was pro-amnesty and a leader of Dubya Bush’s amnesty movement in 2006. Perry is not, and wants to actually move federal troops to the border.

Ooops! Darn facts get in the way of your smear.

You are blind to the simple truth but eventually you will realize it and hopefully it would not be too late.

I agree that would be a good ticket. Cain & Gingrich. Two wise men - brains and experience. We sure could use such men in the White House.

An incomplete fence does little good

Others say that fencing ourselves out of the Rio Grande does little good as well. Unless you're keen to just give up sovereignty to Mexico for a fence that won't work, of course.

In state tuition is never given to residents of another state. Its a break given to tax payers of a state who support their state. No one in Texas will be given in state tuitio breaks in your state either.

Scraping the bottom to post articles from Motherjones.com aren’t you?

Aquila - Herman Cain was the chairman of the compensation committee that oversaw pay and bonus’ for executives and other
positions. The bonuses that he approved were in line for the time when the entire company was seeing high profits in
the late 90’s. Bonus’s are based on the previous year performance. The financial problem with Aquila didn’t show up until mid 2001 during the recession. There was a Pension and Benefits committee and a retirement committee. Herman

Cain was not on either one of those. Thus Cain didn’t come across the activity and paperwork to see what was going
on with these committees. The lawsuit that was filed named all sorts of people at the top even if they didn’t have
basic oversight at issue with the lawsuit. Class action lawsuits tend to always do this. The MotherJones article author took a few general details and then made all sorts of claims that weren’t in the lawsuit they referenced. It is typical of liberal writers being lazy.

Here is the link to the lawsuit paperwork.

Texas has fencing too in urban areas but we also have 1250 miles of border and much of it is through extremely rugged terrain and along a river. So the use of drones, boots on the ground and urban fencing is practical and effective and what Perry has been asking the administration to work with Texas on for years — to no avail. So we live with crime and unchecked illegal immigration and have to deal with it — because of laws the Feds have enacted to tie our hands and make US pay for the fall out (monetary and humanity).

Perry will not allow this to go undone once he’s in the White House. HE will seal the border. HE will enforce the laws on the books.

Do not blame him, I would not want to stand close to perry, if there was any large metal objects around, a bolt of lighting can jump. The big ZOT.

Perry is for path to citizenship and Cain says we already have a path to citizenship, its called LEGAL IMMIGRATION. That right there is a HUGE difference between the two men.

Cain/Gingrich

Both from Georgia, so I don't if it's possible, but you'd have common sense and charisma along with a Speaker's experience.

Newt was once a reformer and knows how it's done. He might make a good VP.

Also, ask Cain what he plans to do with the illegals who are here and are not going home once the border is finally sealed?

Do you think he is going to deport them?

Has Cain ever addressed that?

It certainly would be brought up in the general election by Obama.

Not sure how much longer you guys will allow yourself to be snookered.

Many of them allowed themselves to be snookered for months by Palin, so why wouldn't they allow it with Cain, who is clearly only interested in taking votes from Perry. In the long thread about Palin yesterday, I was amazed at how many Palin die-hards immediately jumped on the Cain Train. History is immediately repeating itself, and if Romney is the nominee, I have a strong feeling that Cain will be his Veep. Why is Cain even talking about being Veep? He is tied with Mittens for the lead. A man out to win would say I'm more concerned about who I should pick as my Veep, with a wink and a smile. Something about Cain's candidacy is just a bit off if he really is a "conservative".
