My son was at the game too, he didn’t even notice the dust on the car. Obviously, it wasn’t his car and it probably had not just been washed.
I thought about calling him about the dust storm today, but then I thought that if he was on the road, the last thing he needed was his mother calling.
I know what you mean, Eva - we mothers need to be cautious about things like this - but, we will never (ever!) quit worrying about our ‘children’ - even when they have gray hair or are getting bald. LOL!
I think that it is particularly hard for me because my kids actually talked to me, a lot. My daughter called my almost every day from college and my son called my three or four times a week. I mean they still called me for help with their homework and little things like that and now they don’t need me any more.
UGLEEEE!
I was on the Pinal Pioneer Parkway last year; the dips are mostly still there and the flood warning signs are still posted.
It’s a nice change of pace from the Interstate, but it’s a still a long stretch of pretty much nothing but cactus and cat’s claw.
