If the Conservative Review link doesn't open up completely, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the alternate 1.

It usually opens for the full Savage archive. At least a week or so. I had to use it today. I usually run the Savage Nation re-runs all day just to have some noise voices in the house.

Dylan Thomas v. Amy Winehouse.

Thomas wins.

As I’ve read people requesting Savage from the outskirts of Chicago, New York, and other major markets, I’ve sometimes thought he needs to make a 3rd page on his site of where else to catch him within reach.

Since he’s not on in his hometown San Fransicko area, he has that one picture of a pushbutton AM car radio telling Bay Area people he can be heard loud and clear by tuning into the Sacramento station. It’s a badge of honor to be dumped by industry insiders, only to have an audience begging for more.

I thought they only air the first segment of NBC Nightly News which would then interrupt Savage 10 min. (even less, since its all commercials from :30 till :34)

Today was the first day it started, the entire half hour, you are thinking back when they would just use NBC news for a two minute news break at the top of the hour, this is something entirely different. The entire Brian Williams broadcast.

Thanks to the Savage fans here for helping me. I found 810 or 820 AM, can’t remember, out of Western NY, it is clearer than 710 am and the cool thing is, I can listen to the third hour as well.

WOR 710 you just lost a listener. Even Savage’s canned third hour is better than the ultra boring Michael Smerconish. Smerchonish will take thirty minutes to make one point, it could be an opinion about ice cream or baseball, but the man lives to fill air time, he is a fair guy but he doesn’t know how to move a show along, unlike Savage, who is never boring.

People listen to talk radio for an alternative to the mainstream news. I watch the NBC Nightly news, I don’t need it on the radio. Something is happening to WOR, they are trying to go more mainstream and they will lose listeners.

My mistake, you are correct, about 12 minutes, I don’t think Savage gets back on until 6:45. It still makes zero sense. In addition, WOR cuts into Savage’s air time with Rutgers games, (a horrible announcer by the way, sounds like a male version of Ms. Piggy) and other sporting events.

810 would be WGY out of Albany NY , its a powerful class A 50k watt clear channel non directional, when i’m up in the Catskill mountains i can get them on my car radio but not in the City. Another station you can try is 1180 WHAM out of Rochester NY. Savage is on from 8 till 11. (Rush is on from 2 till 5!)
