These people are destructive and are not helping reveal the real fraud.

When is the last time you heard any of these idiots use the word "earn"? All I hear is that they want to take the money away from wall street.

If you believe these protestors have the Founding Fathers in mind as a model then you just go with that and have a nice day. I don’t want to discuss anything further with you.

Exactly. One responder on here replied to me and blamed the international bankers. That may be.

BUT..I don’t see these people protesting at the Federal Reserve or any of the Central Banks.

The Occupy Wall Street movement, whose members have vowed to stay through the winter...

Here's hoping some low temperature records will be broken in NYC this winter. ;-)

Seems to me that they should be protesting Solyndra, GE, GM and other friends of Barry.

I get to walk by some of these parasites in the mornings, and they are a sorry bunch.

Has the smell gotten really bad yet?

I look at these groups (and they are spreading by the dozens all over the nation) as a big missed opportunity. They are being overtaken by the hardcore left marxists and their youthful energy is being distorted. The real targets should be the Fed, global Banksters, and the corrupt federal gubmint that has been practicing and supporting Corporatism (as opposed to Free Market Capitalism) for decades now. Any on the conservative right that think the corrupt Wall St cronies and their federal gubmint enablers are in any way deserving of our "support" are sadly mistaken.

In fact, every time someone from either side throws stones at the other, it aids the Establishment in maintaining control. They do not want the type of synergy that we be the result if groups from all across the spectrum (We The People) stop polarizing each other and joined together on common ground.

Obviously I can't say that I find agreement with all of the memes being expressed by the Wall St Occupiers, nor with some of the organizations behind it, but their basic point (even if they have a hard time expressing it!) is that the Corporatist banks are destroying our economy (and many fundamental liberties along with it) while being abetted by the federal gubmint. If anyone on the “far right” thinks that Government Sachs, et al have the best interests of America and its people at heart, they are sadly mistaken. Corporatism (Crony Capitalism) is NOT Free Market Capitalism, and sadly we have been drifting away from true Free Market Capitalism for decades.

But of course the Establishment wants all of the people at Zuccotti Park to keep believing that all those “Tea Partiers are fascists” and all the folks at your local Tea Party meeting to believe that all those “Wall St. Occupiers are commie hippies.” That is the message that will keep We The People divided and fighting amongst ourselves, rather than against the real enemies.

These protestors have the energy and wherewithal (most of which stems from having far less responsibility than the rest of us) to go to these places and stay outside (during a lot of rainy days/nights so far), get arrested and come right back, and get others to keep joining them (for about 14 days now in NYC). Had we been able to educate enough of them as to what the real "targets" of their "rage" should have been, a lot of good energy could have been focused in the correct manner.

Exactly. If you're just going to go around saying "It's the corporations fault!" then you might want to clean up your own back yard.

No, I believe the founding fathers had these protesters in mind when they wrote the Constitution.

May you have a nice day as well.

“The banks got bailed out, we got sold out.”

Well, that one rings true with me. But that’s all I’m sayin’.

Problem is.....some of the banks were forced to take bailout money they neither wanted nor needed. None of them were forced to take a loan.
