Have some kids.

Excercise the body and the entire mind.

And they tend to live a lot longer and can stay with you in the hotels!

My little weenie dog has caused by right arm to be twice the size of my left one from throwing her little blue ball continuously throughout the day. However, my legs look like toothpicks. LoL!

We have an Old English Sheep Dog, and I only get to walk the her on weekends and holidays. Two and one half miles is nothing for her. During the day, we play frisbee with her and she keeps that up for hours when it is cool.

No kidding....travel becomes a major project when there is a dog in the house.

Not for me. My dog goes where I go. If somewhere I want to go doesn't want my dog to come along, I don't go there. But most people don't mind him. He's a yellow Labrador Retriever with a big happy smile.

Unfortunately they will not allow our 10 pound Lhasa Apso on any cruise ship...where we vacation exclusively every year. Most affordable vacation option with great food and entertainment included. But yes, on land trips she always goes with us in the car. Just returned from a 3000 mile round trip to visit relatives in AZ & CA.
