Agreed. Fred's got nothing on this guy.
Yeah, we all know how those RINOs fight abortion.....oh wait, Perry is one of the strongest fighters for life out there. Well, we all know that RINOs love big government......but Perry shrunk Texas government by huge amounts. Oh, I know, RINOs love lawyers.....darn Perry passed Tort Reform, man I can’t seem to find anything that supports your contention that Perry is a RINO. Well, maybe because he and his state passed a law allowing instate tuition for illegals, but then again it’s not like Reagan passing amnesty so that means.......Reagan was a RINO??????
I think you’re right. The GOP seems to be searching for a secret weapon that will down Obama and solve all our problems. The former may happen, the latter won’t happen.
I don’t really think Cain is that secret weapon. There are certainly many defects in his candidacy: the 9-9-9 plan being the most prominent.
Why did you address Post #125 to me? I don’t have a dog in that hunt.
WOW, he lost a straw poll, he is a bad politician despite that he won three times the governorship of Texas the second largest state in the country with a population of over 25 millions and a GDP of over 1 trillion dollars. Did I mention that Texas is the largest conservative state in the union? But all that does not matter because he lost a straw poll with 3,000 political activists. I think if this is the case then Ron Paul should be the best guy for our side to compete nationally since he won most of the straw polls.
Convinced me, you cannot add 2 +2 and come up with 4.
Not even Perry is that dumb!
You wouldn’t know a RINO if one ran over you twice.
You keep lying to yourself all you want, don’t try to lie to those of us who know better.
Its a great day for Herman Cain, I admire him and applaud him.
Still, He has a long roe to hoe to get the election.
I believe his heart is in the right place, but I believe Perry’s is as well.
I think Santorumn and Bachmann come off as vindictive narrow minded nuts.
I think Ron Paul,Huntsman and Romney are in the wrong party.
Gingrich? wow how do I say this?
The guy is brilliant at talking like Obama (except Newt does it from the top of his head instead of a tellypromter)
Am I missing anyone?
Gary Johnson? Thadeous McCotter? Pat Paulson?
Perspective “the state of one’s ideas, the facts known to one, etc., in having a meaningful interrelationship”
There are 300,000,000 people in America and no one but Rick Perry can win.
The above statement lacks ‘perspective’.
Your Post #130 reminds me of the the line in an old Ray Stevens song: “There are none so blind, as those who will not see”.
Open your eyes jgge. Perry is done; put a friggin’ fork in him. Weren’t you embarrassed by his 3 Debate performances? No, you probably weren’t.
You made a statement about Perry being an inept politician who cannot compete on a national stage and I showed you with simple few facts that you are wrong. You are the one who is creating a delusional world to deny these facts.
Oh, I know, RINOs are gun grabbers.....darn the only time Perry grabs a gun is to shoot the coyote that’s trying to kill his dog on his morning run. So, darn, I can’t quite figure out how he manages to be a RINO when he’s against all the things a RINO does.
In 2008 Romney who picked up his toys and went, ignoring any support for even the worst the GOP could put out there and making it easier for der Fuehrer. It would seem that the real test of which of the candidates care about the country and which do not will be when a candidate is nominated. Those who won’t get full up behind removing the kenyan from office never cared about conservatism and the Constitution in the first place.
“Perry takes chance on Florida straw poll”
Like Michele took a chance on the Iowa straw poll?
As far as I am concerned these Republican fund raising straw polls are a bunch of hooey.
When asked about his stance on the matter, Cain appeared confused.CAIN: Right of return? Right of return?
WALLACE: The Palestinian right of return.
CAIN: That's something that should be negotiated.
When asked again about whether he believes in the Palestinian right of return, Cain seemed unclear about the Israeli position on the matter, as well as his own.
CAIN: Yes, but under but not under Palestinian conditions. Yes. They should have a right to come back if that is a decision that Israel wants to make . I don't think they have a big problem with people returning. Link
