Trust will never be achieved, which is why the IDF keeps the practitioners of open paraphilia separated as much as possible from heterosexual conscripts. You don't get "it" and neither do your fellow social reprobates like Obama and the Larry Flynts of the world.

The trust factor is only the sharp tip of the iceberg as to why being open and "accepting" of practitioners in paraphilia leads to breakdowns in society. You fiscal conservatives/social reprobates always harden your hearts and ignore the evidence concerning perverted behavior (Not just paraphilia but behavior like adultery etc.) and the cost (Not just economically) associated with those acts.

If you expect politicians to have self-control over spending, you better expect the populous to have self-control over their genitals and where they put "things" in their anuses (Which was not built as a sexual organ by the way).
